We are using this for general walking exercise, not as an under-desk treadmill. This is a great walking pad if your "brisk" walking pace is under about 5mph. The motion is smooth, quiet, and it ramps up easily to the speed you want, and slows down at the end at a nice rate. We have 2 people using it — one very tall at over 6ft with a long stride, and one med height with a shorter stride. It works very well for both of us. The remote control has a mute button that lets you turn off the annoying "beep" of increase/decrease speed buttons. We have a tiny room set aside for a mini-gym, so equipment space is limited. So I really like the compact size and light weight of the treadmill because we store it standing up. We move it into place for the walks, and both lowering it to the floor (by hand; no brackets/pistons/whatever) and wheeling it away from the wall are very easy to do. The speed/pace does not match with the pace measured by the iPhone, and I am guessing that it is the treadmill that is incorrect based on other outdoor pace measurements I've taken with the iPhone. It measures a faster pace and therefore greater distance than the iPhone shows. So I recommend that you use a pedometer or iPhone or some other device that measures your distance and speed if you have distance/pace goals you want to meet. Overall, very pleased with this purchase. I debated about dropping a star because of the pace measurement, but the usability, price and convenience really earn all 5 stars. ... show more

Very quiet, very easy to move. Mine didn't come with a remote, but customer service sent me one right away which was nice. Easy to assemble. The wheels make it easy to move and fits under my desk. I would suggest maybe getting a mat for under it.

I purchased this treadmill in December 2022 and must say, it's definitely a good investment. As someone who primarily focuses on cardio at the gym, having this treadmill at home has been a real time-saver. Plus, the fact that I have a standing desk makes it an even more convenient addition. In terms of features, this treadmill does not disappoint. It displays essential stats such as time, calories, speed, distance, and steps, allowing you to keep track of your progress easily. Additionally, it comes with a remote control, which is a nice touch. However, there is one minor annoyance that I wanted to highlight. When you start or finish your workout, you need to manually turn the treadmill on or off (the red button on the photo). Otherwise, the display remains illuminated all the time. The real issue is that when you do turn it on, it makes quite a loud noise. This can be especially irritating in the early mornings when you want to avoid waking up other people in the household. Although you can switch it to silent mode afterward, it does get a bit annoying having to endure the loud noise every time you turn it on again. My personal tip for making the most out of this treadmill is to wear a Smart Watch on your ankle when working out. This way, you can ensure accurate tracking of your activity even when your hands are on your desk typing or doing work. Overall, this treadmill is a good investment with valuable features. While the loud noise issue might be a minor inconvenience, it's definitely worth considering if you're looking for a reliable treadmill for your home workouts. Just remember to commit to using it regularly, unlike me. I keep telling myself that I'll start using it at least twice a week, but haven't quite gotten there yet. Really impressed with this seller. After months of daily use as an under-desk walking treadmill, it started randomly shutting down, and I was worried it was going to be a huge headache to troubleshoot. But the customer service team was super responsive and helpful. Once I confirmed the issue, they sent out a replacement and gave me tracking info immediately. Overall, the whole experience was painless, and now I have a working treadmill again that’s been exactly what I need for my desk setup.     • DO NOT BUY THIS. Broke in under a year and company will not honor warranty

The media could not be loaded. TLDR: The treadmill broke within the 1 year warranty, but company will not honor the warranty. Do not buy this. I bought this walking pad treadmill and it seemed to work fine at first. I had only used it a handful of times over the course of the first 8 months of purchase. Then when I turned it on, there was a horrible creaking noise when I stepped on. I was nervous that it had broken and was afraid of using it further in case of injury. I reached out to support for help, they offered suggestions to try and fix the issue. I tried everything and nothing worked. I gave up because it was honestly more frustrating to try to fix this product that was having issues after minimal use. A while later, I decided to try the treadmill again and the same terrible creaking noise was happening every time I would try to turn it on. I reached out to support again with the video attached. They confirmed that the treadmill had a malfunction related to the rollers or motor. However, since I had reached out (for a second time) past the 1 year warranty window EVEN THOUGH THE TREADMILL BROKE WITHIN THE 1 YEAR WINDOW, they would not honor a replacement. I understand that it is my fault that I reached out to support a second time past the warranty window. However, given that the product demonstrably broke within the warranty period, it's simply bad business practice to not honor it. They have lost a customer now. I do not recommend buying this treadmill -- there are so many other options on Amazon that seem way more reliable and for cheaper and that won't break down in less than a year. ... show more
