This review is long overdue. Much as others have noted, this is a great "hack" to get your 10K steps with no hassle while working or just watching/reading stuff on the computer. It is a great WFH setup, fits under the desk, no fuss, and the highest speed is enough for a work treadmill, but might not be the highest if you want to go full tilt. But, for those who are working, and typing, the 4.0 mph should be good enough. The step count on the display is useful because I can't fully trust the fitbit because of hand movements etc., so I just use the treadmill's step count to track my daily goals. Only thing I would have liked is an incline feature, but otherwise this is a solid helper in my fitness goals. Now, for their EXEMPLARY service. My first unit broke, and they were very responsive in suggesting solutions, and when none of it worked, they shipped an entire new unit free of cost! I'm currently in talks with them (after more than three years of purchase) because I lost my remote, and they are shipping a replacement to me for free. The media could not be loaded. I had ordered a different treadmill and cancelled the item and I’m so glad I did! The one I had originally ordered didn’t have incremental speed by .1. This one does! It is the prefect size and functions very well. The remote control does feel flimsy but I have not had any issues with it and it worked correctly. Make sure to follow the instructions on setting up the remote. Packaging of the item was fantastic. The product arrived dent free without any defects and arrived sooner than expected. It was easy to unload and set up. The treadmill plug, plugs into a regular outlet. There is also Bluetooth speakers which is a nice addition. I’ve used them and although the sound is not like that of BOSE speakers it is still good. It is light enough to move around the room and stands upright on its own. One thing to be aware about, lube the treadmill! I decided to purchase a special kit because I want the belt to last, you can find the kits on Amazon for under $20. I think it is worth it if you plan to use it everyday. Also, you may have to adjust the belt, this is where I had some issues with “knocking” sounds bad, I immediately thought that I got a “bad” item and emailed customer service with videos of the noise and asking for help. They were very responsive with solutions but I was able to fix the problem before even reading the emails. After about an hour or two of wrenching back and forth on each side of the belt, I was able to fix the belt to be centered as well as completely eliminating the clanking noise, thank God! It just takes some patience. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and hope this item will last a long time with the right upkeep! ... show more

Update 1/14/2025 Still working well, use is 40-60 minutes 3-5 times a week. It squeaks a little with foot falls (just the deck). Still runs smooth. I follow the instructions for cleaning, use and oiling. Has been a good purchase. Wish there was a place to purchase the belt lubricant that came with it as I am almost out. Today is 1/4/2024. I’ve been using the GoYouth walking pad nearly everyday since my purchase. I am a hefty lady, but well under the maximum weight limit. It is easy to use out of the box. There is no assembly needed. Included in the box along with the walking pad are instructions, silicone, remote, power cord and wrench/screw driver. I use it for walking, normally 2.5-3mph. Initially it was quiet in comparison to full size treadmills I’ve owned previously. It has since started to creak and squeak. I make sure to keep the tread area clean and have used silicone on it because it stick a little on footfalls. I have also had to adjust the roller on the back to prevent the tread from moving to the right (it’s a simple process). It is light weight and easy to move. It also stands up well and balances against the wall easily. There is a handle under the tread to assist moving it and standing it up. There are also wheels under the motor portion as well as metal feet for moving as storage. I sometimes like to move it in front of the tv and all of this makes it easy. The tread width and length took some getting used to as I have only walked on full size treadmills. It is easy to step left or right off the track, but if paying attention that’s not a bother to avoid. Since this does not have handles, I prefer to walk next to a wall with window ledge in case I sway. I don’t recommend this for someone with balance issues, a very long stride, or wide walking path.
