UPDATE: So we had our treadmill for a little over a year and it had still been doing great until one day we noticed a rip in the belt. I contacted their customer support as we were still within warranty and they were absolutely amazing! It was a simple matter of providing them with a copy of our receipt (a screenshot of the purchase from our Amazon account) and a photo of the issue and within the next day they notified us they were sending out a full replacement! They were responsive, followed up to every email in a timely manner, and did not hassle us about the process like I’ve had some other companies do. They simply stood by their word and honored the warranty. Can’t ask for better than that. Not only is this a good product (it was still functioning well, I feel a rip in the belt could happen to anyone) but an honest, fair, responsive company that you can absolutely feel safe about purchasing from. Can’t say enough good things. Ten stars for these guys. If you’re on the fence, rest assured this company will take care of you if you need them. Wanted to try this thing out a bit before reviewing but it has not disappointed. It was easy to assemble and not too heavy. It folds up and down like a dream (see video). It’s true it’s not the same heavy duty treadmill you’ll find in a gym but we weren’t looking for that. It’s quite small when folded and easy to move around (it has wheels). We thought we’d store it in the garage when not in use but it turns out it’s small enough we’ve been able to leave it in a corner of the living room. I will say that when my husband uses it- who is much larger/more muscular than me and works out harder than I do- you can kind of see where it’s limits would be as far as what it can take. That said, it’s held up nicely for both of us. If you’re planning to practice for a marathon and straight up run on it for hours and hours, it might not have what you need. But for us, who just want something affordable that we can both use at home, with our differing workout levels, that will fit in the house nicely and be easy to maneuver, this is a stellar machine for the price and exactly what we were hoping for. Happy with this purchase and looking forward to using it for quite some time.

This is a good beginners treadmill. I don't use any of the programs so I don't know what they're like. I walk at a pace of 2.5-3.2 and it moves between paces just fine. The belt is about as noisy as you expect at this price point, I just turn up the volume of whatever I'm watching or working on while I walk. It's not whisper quiet but it's not intrusively loud. I've used plenty of treadmills in gyms, and this is no where near the tech or heft of a gym treadmill but unless you're running on it 10 hours a day, it doesn't need to be. And it's very VERY easy to move. However, be careful assembling it and moving it because the base lifts and you can really pinch your hand if you're not careful. This is not unique to this item, all treadmills are like this. It was very easy to assemble. I did it alone and it took less than half an hour. I use it before weights for 10-20 minutes and after weights for 20 or so minutes, and for 45 minutes on off days. It's been working perfectly well for 4 months. The emergency stop worked when I accidentally pulled it so that's good news. It doesn't seem like a running treadmill, I only use it for walking. I think it CAN get fast enough for running but it is way too close to the ground. There isn't enough clearance to be comfortable running or running hard on the deck. I have it on carpet with a medium height pile and I've had to place a mat under the machine so it doesn't rub the carpet when I'm on it (and I'm not unusually heavy or anything). It was an easy solution but keep it in mind when placing it. It did smell the first one or two uses but it went away. No one uses it but me and I use it 6 days a week and it's been working perfectly, no issues 4 months in, and it has been wonderful to have available in the home. Makes getting a little fitness in so much easier than going to the gym.

After a lot of research, I purchased the SereneLife Treadmill. I also purchased the delivery and assembly option. I live on the second floor of our building and my husband is unable to carry such a large box upstairs. Two men came and they carried it up no problem. I know people had said it is easy enough to put together, but I thought if they assembled it and there was an issue, they could put it right back on the truck. The associates that delivered and put it together were incredibly nice and put it together in no time. They made tested it out before they left and made sure it was working as it should. I have found it to be quite stable and easy to use. I use it for walking, especially since the weather here has been so unbelievably cold. I was originally thinking about a basic walking pad, but felt like this would make more sense, as it has handles and the emergency stop cord. I know some people have complained about its noise. I have never used a treadmill before, so I can't say if it is noisier than most, but I do not find it obtrusive at all. My only complaint, and it is minor at that, is the bottle/cup holders are very small. They do not fit anything at all. Other than that one minor flaw, I think it was money well spent.

With being home a lot due to the pandemic, and with the kids being home as well and not having access to a PE field, we got this to help us keep active and the kids can keep active. I was worried this was not going to work well, but it had some pretty good reviews, and the price is really good. We ordered it and it came pretty quick. Setup was very simple, and we had it up and running with in minutes. The operation of the little computer is simple and to the point, no excessive displays or settings to go through. My wife and kids all picked up on how to get the machine going with little effort on their part. The treadmill is on the smaller side, but thats a good thing for us, because we don't have a huge place, so this was easy to fit in against the wall and is out of the way. The machine runs smooth and is fairly quiet. I love the fact that it does not make tons of noise. I've used treadmills before at friends or family, and this one is much more quiet than even some of the very expensive ones I have seen, and takes up much less space. The belt drive is running well, has plenty of traction. The motor has plenty of speed settings and it is very easy to find a comfortable setting. I prefer to use it on walking or a light jog, and I am easily able to get it to a comfortable speed to accommodate me. The pulse check function is great to be able to keep an eye on some vital information so you don't overdo it. Overall I am very pleased with the Machine. It has been very reliable, had no issues at all and fit my space and budget. I would definitely look at this as a contender if you want a good inexpensive treadmill. Remember, this is a budget friendly unit. For the price, the quality is very good in my opinion. Customer service is also great. They actually reached out to me to see how everything was going. But they didn't email me, they sent me a nice letter. I emailed them back and they responded very quickly and apologized for taking so long to respond, but I emailed them maybe 45 minutes beforehand. Good customer service on their end. I am 100% pleased with my purchase and with the unit. I would definitely consider them for other equipment I may purchase in the future.

I purchased this Sept 13th 2022. I used in twice in 2022 and though to myself when do you really have time to work out. I packed it right back up in the box and set it aside for whenever I decided I was going to be 100% committed to a real diet and exercise plan. Now it's 2024. I got rid of all the junk, created a plan, purchased gear and pull the treadmill out knowing this is going to be the year. Started exercising Jan 1st, 2024 60 mins every day. On day 3 I even surprised myself doing 90 mins thinking I was doing it to it. Now it's day 5 and with 10 mins left of my 60 minute treadmill workout the treadmill started to give out and now does not accelerate speed anymore. I'm completely upset! This is ridiculous!!!!! Update: 1/15/2024 I been back and forth with Sarah Dalisay through the customer service email [email protected]. I've been asked to submit all my information, provide video and explanations just to be advised that this company will not stand behind their products. I advised, As a consumer, I expect the treadmill I purchased from this company to have a lifespan of 10 years, rather than just lasting for 5 days of use. Despite the treadmill being out of warranty for 2 years, it would still be deemed a manufacturing defect. A treadmill should not malfunction and abruptly stop functioning during a workout. The company explicitly disclaims any responsibility or endorsement for the products being sold or advertised by third-party companies, which is deemed unacceptable. Therefore, providing a refund, credit, or replacement would be an appropriate solution to address the product's lack of integrity. I don't even want any money... I want what I paid for to work or be replaced!!! Who pays Almost $300.00 for a treadmill to only last 5 times of use!!! ....and the response I get is oh well it's company policy. NOBODY.... I MEAN NOBODY BUY A TREADMILL FROM THIS COMPANY THE ARE CROOKS WILL RIP YOU OFF AND TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

Best Purchase ever!! One thing that was important for me to buy this one, was the height of the handle bars. This model has 49 inches tall handle bars which is perfect for me!! The length and width to walk is perfect! I am 5ft 7 in tall and works perfect for my hands to hold on to begin the walk. Then I increase the speed and could start speed walking. I increase more speed and I can run with perfect space. I immediately start sweating and burn calories. The start and stop switch is easy to turn on. The screen to see the miles is perfect quality to see. The make of the plastic to put your bottle is perfect. I was planning to buy a membership to go to the gym just to go on the treadmill but this definitely saved me time and money because I have it at home to work out at my time convenience morning, afternoon or late night. My own private treadmill. I am so satisfied with this purchase specially to maintain my health this buy is priceless!! Buy it if you are a wanting to start to motivate yourself to work out. I was looking to buy my first new treadmill with a total of $400. I wanted electric, incline, longer handrails, safety stop, water bottle holder, free shipping and good ratings. This one had over 4,000 ratings and overall people seemed satisfied with it for the price. I also ordered the "things often bought together," which was a bottle of treadmill lubricant and a pack of 6 mat pads. My intended use was for walking 30 mins a day. The weight limit is 265 lbs and I am 165 lbs so no issues there. Assembly was not too bad, however it was one screw short, so I had to take one that I did have to Lowes for a proper match. The manual said belt should still be lubricated from factory but you can run your finger under it to determine if needed. Mine was bone dry so even though a small bottle of lubricant came with the treadmill, I was glad that I bought the other one with the long, tube spout. The belt also had to be adjusted so that it would run centered. The mat pads were small, approx 3.5" x 3.5," but super thick. Getting them under the machine is easier with 2 people. When I start walking on treadmill, i immediately notice that it jiggles after every step I take. Trying to adjust the 6 squares is a hassle so I remove them. I read someone put theirs on their yoga mat, but my mat was a smidge too narrow. I just have it on my wood floor. The base (bottom) of the treadmill seems pretty solid and seems to be staying put. It's actually the 2 sides that support the console and handrails (upper frame) doing the jiggling. I've re-checked that all the screws etc are tight. I think it boils down to "you get what you pay for." $400 is very limited in the land of treadmills. Regardless, any amount of "give" or "play" in something that you are holding for support is not acceptable.

After months of working from home due to lockdowns, my health and energy was taking a huge nosedive. I was sitting almost the entire day. I decided to look for a small treadmill that I could hop on in between meetings or even during some meetings. Overall, this is a great treadmill for the money. I mostly do strength and HIIT training, I am NOT a runner. So I really bought this for walking only. Pros: -Price -Small footprint - folds up and doesn’t talk up much space -Works really well for my needs which is just to get up and move for a bit -came very well packaged and was easy to set up -comes with a 1 year mfr warranty Cons: -I wish the side handles weren’t there, or could fold up/down. They do get in the way as you swing your arms. -the cups that I think are meant for drinks are tiny. No water bottle I own fits them, so that’s a pain. -the tray that comes with it is really just to rest your phone. It’s very low, so not something where you could be watching on your tablet or phone. I had to build a little tower on a ledge for my tablet to be at a comfortable height -the area to walk/run is pretty narrow and short. For me, it works fine. But it’s probably not for a taller person with long strides, or heavy runners.
