Gazebo needed new canopy replacement. Live in Texas, lots of heat and humidity. Lasts 2-3 years. Fits very snug, have to slide two corners down with a long smooth metal object - to stretch over last two corners. Place the metal object under fabric corner and lift out the corner as far as you can while sliding over corner. Was not easy, but finally got it on. I like the snug fit so it does not wrinkle or sink when it rains. The color gives a nice glow when suns out. Squirrels started taking apart my old 2.5 year canopy for their nests since it was easy to tear by that time due to high heat, humidity and a large oak tree canopying above it, so when I got the old one off, I cut in pieces and laid in an old wagon for them so they would not mess with the new one. They have not messed with the new one. Funny looking up in the trees at their nests and seeing parts of my old canopy in them. ... show more

Seems sturdier than a replacement that I bought from this company a few years ago. Wasn't a super tight fit like the last one either. Required very little stretching which actually made me rip the last one the first day I got it.

2023-05-10: Thought I'd drop an update in here. Just installed it for its third season, and it appears to be standing up well to UV damage. I have a feeling this will be the limit, however, as I saw indications of chalking off the top side (which is from UV damage). Still, despite the fitting issues I mention in the ORIGINAL review below, I think this is very well built for a replacement, and I've given it an extra star for standing up so well. ORIGINAL: I installed this on my Hampton Bay Arrow Gazebo SKU 602-334. This frame is actually getting on to six or seven years old now. The cover is actually of pretty good quality, and it has a rather pleasant look to it (see photo). I understand you don't want these sagging or flapping horribly in the wind, but I came up short by several inches on the last corner (see photo). No matter how much I cussed or how much skin I lost from my knuckles, I was only able to secure three of the four posts. Hence, only three stars. For just one corner, I can try to anchor it against winds. Other than the lack of fit, though, I'm initially quite pleased with it. ... show more

I purchased 2 and both are not an actual 10 x10. Too small. When putting on the rivets cam off and the corners ripped. It just would not fit. Very disappointed as these cost me over $200 now I can't return.

I purchased this canopy to replace my old one from last year. I bought it in February as I knew I needed a replacement for the upcoming season, and due to supply shortages, I wanted to make sure I had one when April/May rolled around. I live in VA, so the weather has been wacky! I replaced the canopy during the very first rain, this is the outcome. It didn't leak a little, it leaked all over the canopy. I am aware that it isn't guaranteed to prevent leaks, although I've never had it leak like this as this isn't the first one I purchased. Very dissatisfied with the product this time, I'm assuming like most items, they have changed the quality. The company won't exchange it, and I am very disappointed!! Regarding the fit, it is snug, you need to pull on your awning in order to get it to fit. Once it's on, it is snug. ... show more

The old one was about 5 or 6 years old and getting ripped in several places. This replacement fit perfectly and seems to be excellent quality. My only disappointment was that I waited too long to order and the one that included the side curtains was out of stock. We reused the old curtains and this will serve us very well for the summer. Perhaps I can purchase new side curtains next spring. ... show more
