Not the best functionally. I wish the band had more resistance and was more of a functional product for any size, height or weight. Disappointed. The product materials are quality and seem durable, but the product itself doesn’t preform the best .

Let me tell you, I absolutely enjoy my ankle straps. I have small feet so to have the heel strap with Velcro is the best!!! I love using them on the cables for kick backs, ABductors, ADductors, even seated leg extensions and leg curls. It’s a multifunctional strap.
