I hate polyester underwear and so happy I found these. These are made from bamboo fiber and feel fantastic against the skin. I would not wear these without a napkin, but they provide nice backup protection for overflows and would work fine for light flow or spotting.

I wear these underwear exclusively when I am having my period. They have never leaked, even when sleeping. They are super easy to rinse out and wash. These are well worth the money. I imagine I will save a lot by not having to buy "feminine hygeine products." I recommend them.

Well let's clarify since alot of period underwear don't state whether they're for full asorbtion or for leak protection. I am using these for full absorbtion because I am trying to omit tampons and liners altogether. I have a very very heavy flow the first couple days and so far these are doing great. I have to change them a couple times a day, but you can rinse them out in the sink and throw them in the dryer and start all over! It is a little bit of work but it's worth it if sustainability and vaginal health is what you're going for. Once you rinse them out in the sink, you see just how much they can hold. The only reason I am not giving them all 5 stars is because the fit is slightly off in the butt, they seem to cut right in the middle of the butt cheek so there is a very visible underwear line in pants. But overall, definitely try them. And! HSA eligible which is awesome!

These work great but I personally am not a fan of them. It feels like you're wearing a diaper. It's to much coverage on the butt. I was hoping it would be more like a panty liner. It is not!
