The set is great the color stays in. It can take the heat of the oven no matter how long it’s been inside of the oven. But not all of them the thinner ones kind of twist a bit when it’s too hot. I don't usually review products unless requested, but after using these pans for a month I wanted to share that I've never used better non-stick cookware. Layer cakes come right out of the pan with non resistance. Same for muffins and bread. These are really good.
