Initially, this printer I received did not come with the imaging unit or toner. It was in the description as coming with all the relevant parts and accessories. I messaged the seller and received a refund of $100 so I was able to use that to purchase both parts (around $100) and the printer works fine now. They said this IS supposed to come with the toner and drum and that the person in the warehouse forgot to include. So I am updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars, because the printer itself is in great condition. Very clean and works fine. So, I recommend this item. The item was also impeccably packaged. I can't really complain its a very excellent laser printer being refurbished. It was shipped with proper super molded foam and I could not find any damage or scratches, its like brand new from the factory! Thank you AIM Distribution for this Lexmark MX611dhe printer! It comes with basic toner 2k pages, diffuser/imaging unit, power cord, 6ft USB printer cable and 15ft cat 5e cable. Firmware came with LW80.SB7.P210, new firmware now LW80.SB7.P235(March 2023). This printer sells as refurbished and unfortunately its's discontinued model by Lexmark (no warrantees). AID Distribution warranties 90 days. You still find some support, print drivers, and information at Lexmark web site. I ordered an optional 2G memory module (57X9012) from another Amazon seller, so hopefully the right one was shipped. ... show more
