I've worked at a pet store for some time now, and not one of "those that shall not be named", so I know my way around products. We had this in my store for some time. When I adopted my dog, she had some compulsion to chew the fur off of her tail. I've tried several different things, and each preformed admirably, they soothed her itching and eventually grew her fur back. This stuff by Cardinal Labs did it in half the time as Vetrycin, Sentry, or even Vets Best. Don't get me wrong, each dog is different, and each of those products worked well, but the Cardinal remedy worked noticeably better. I'm pretty sure this worked well on my pug. He kept scratching behind his ear and shortly after applying this, he quit. Eventually he stopped completely so I'm assuming it's because of this spray! If you are applying this and rubbing it onto animal skin, I'd recommend wearing gloves. I didn't have a bad reaction to it but my palms were freckled with tiny spots for a few days after touching this. ... show more
