- HOSE LOCATION at Head of Bed Also Compatible with Side-Hose Beds Using Included Connectors: The REM Air Chamber includes a 5-foot hose positioned at the head of the bed. For Sleep Number or other air beds with a side-mounted hose, use the included male-to-female connector to join your existing hose to the REM Air Chamber hose. Depending on your current hose length, this can extend the reach to run from the head of the bed along the side to your pump location. For side-hose setups, measure from the head of your air chamber to the pump location to ensure the combined hose length is sufficient. I recently invested in the REM Air System to replace one of the air chambers in an old dual-chamber Sleep Number mattress. The installation was straightforward, and I was impressed by the build quality of the components. The comfort level is top-notch; it's like sleeping on a cloud, a significant upgrade from the original Sleep Number air chambers that they charge so much for! Where this system really shines is value for money. Considering the cost of brand-name replacements, this REM Air System is a steal as it is significantly better than the official chamber. Overall, if you're on the fence about whether to go for a branded replacement or this, I would highly recommend giving REM a try! It's comfortable, durable, and offers great value for your money. Definitely a five-star product in my book!

One of my chambers was leaking, and I wasn't even sure if I could get a replacement! This replacement is better constructed than the original. I should have replaced both sides, (I have the dual Queen size mattress) so I will probably replace the other side in a couple of months. It's so nice to not have be constantly adding air! The only downside was the smell of the material.

I have owned a Select Comfort bed since the early 1990s and I love it. Unfortunately, because of screws poking up from my frame, I made several holes in the air chamber. Through much trial and error, I was able to patch them... mostly. It would get me through the night but I had to reinflate every night before laying down. I finally I decided to look for a replacement bladder that wouldn't cost too much. Thank you REM Air System. The product was received quickly and I carefully (NO KNIVES) opened the package. A 2-foot air tube was permanently connected to the bladder. They provided two quick connects, one male and one female. The barbed end could be inserted into the tube. It was suggested in the instructions to secure the tube around the barbs with a tie wrap / cable tie. I chose to do so. After opening the mattress top to gain access to the bladder, something I have done far too many times, I disconnected the connection from the pump hose to the old air bladder and removed it. Ensuring I selected the correct quick-connect that would match the old air bladder connector, I pushed it into the new bladder air hose and tightened a tie wrap around it. Unfolding the new air bladder, I placed it into the cavity. A couple minutes of inflating and the mattress was ready to try. Closing up the mattress top and adding the sheets, I laid down. It seemed to be right, and after several weeks of use, it hold air 100%. I am very pleased with the product and ease of installation.

We had an older air number bed with a bad air bladder-the internal baffles failed and my side developed a huge blister. We needed a replacement. At the same time, we were interested in replacing the individual his-n-hers bladders with a single bladder, to eliminate the Grand Canyon in the middle of the bed. This product delivered! Installation was easy. Unzip the original cover, disconnect and remove the original bladders and flimsy middle foam, then lay the new bladder in place. The fit was perfect. It comes with a long air hose and both male and female adapters to hook up to just about anything. The male adaptor fit my older sleep number bed perfectly. The long hose let me route it to either the left or right side air source. I simply abandoned the other source. We love the results! No more blister! No more canyon down the middle to fall into!
