I've only had the saw for about 50% of one battery charge, but I can already tell it's fantastic. It cuts much more quickly than the 20 volt Dewalt chainsaw, and it's much more affordable than the Dewalt 60V chainsaw. I like that it uses 20v batteries, you can find high quality generics here on amazon. The tool-less adjustment is very nice, can't wait to cut down more dead trees.

The media could not be loaded. When I found this product I was really interested because of its lightweight and the ability to use batteries instead of mixed gas and oil. I started putting this thing together simple easy lightweight it was really convenient. However after I've run it a few times only 2-day sessions in temperatures ranging from 40° down to minus 10 degrees you know comparable hi the unit stops suddenly then starts back up again thinking that that okay it was just a jam no problems fire back up again then after letting it sit one night on charger. When I put it back together, with fresh oil and clean chain, I went to go outside try to cut a pine tree - very simple very small easy to cut -wouldn't even get one inch in and the thing just died done. Watch the video. I've got a full charge when i push the trigger button to release it, nothing - doesn't turn doesn't do anything. I'm returning it and going with a gas one thank you for the all the issues. Would I buy another electric chainsaw probably just not this one.

The saw came on time which is a credit to Amazon. The saw itself seems hood quality and well put together. All bolts and screws were tight as I checked because sometimes they aren't. The batteries came fully charged and after I added bar oil, I tested everything and it ran well. I cut up a 16" log and it cut through without having yo roll it around. Over-all, the saw and batteries and dual 'fast charger' performed very well. I am happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased one of these as a gift for my brother, unfortunately when it arrived I tested it, good thing I did, it would not operate. I emailed the company and after a few emails I had a replacement at my door and this one worked fine, I emailed the company to ask them about the first one and they told me not to bother returning it so I didn't have to spend money on return postage or the bother of trying to take it to a store to drop it off as I live out in the country. My father in law has been curious about battery powered chainsaws as he only uses his gas powered saw occasionally and as a result has to repair it to run so we bought one for him for Christmas also, when it arrived I checked it and it worked fine. After talking to them both they agree that these chainsaws are easy to assemble and operate. They have both told me they really like them and are surprised by how easy they are to use and how long they'll operate on just one pair of batteries. Long story short I whole heartedly recommend this chainsaw to anyone wanting to try a cordless chainsaw, the product is good and the company stands behind them well. These saws cut trees well and are light weight, work well for trimming and will cut down a fair sized tree easily and quickly.

I’ve been absolutely amazed w the performance of this saw. I’m taking down a lot of trees right now, and I actually have been using just this because it works so well. I bought six aftermarket batteries but this thing goes quite awhile on a charged set. The chain it came with is great, but I also bought an Oregon for less than $20. Definitely $$ well spent.

When I made this purchase I had no idea how well this saw would actually be. I have used it daily since buying it, and it really is impressive. It cuts large trees with no problem at all. I typically get one full use of the batteries after completely cutting up one 15 to 15 inch diameter tree, about 25 feet long. I get longer battery life when cutting up smaller trees of course. But all in all, this saw is perfect for my needs.

saw worked great for a total of 3 battery charges. Then nothing it quit not to work again. I had shoulder surgery so not able to make use of this saw until this Spring. OF COURSE, past return time on basically a brand-new saw. DON'T buy it is my review.

Dont normally write reviews...let alone good ones. All i can say is i love this saw. A couple sets of batteries and i spend all weekend in the woods outcutting my friends tempermental gas professional saw. Great torque and doesnt bog down. Most impressive battery tool i think i own. If ur thinking about it just do it. I have no regrets.
