The instructions to put the chair together were clear and straightforward. Unfortunately my chair had some pre-drilled holes that were covered up by the felt fabric. I had to tear that to get to them. The chair itself is very comfy. I bought it for the bigness rather than the tallness of it. So I'll agree that it gives a good deal of cushion in the seat, has good lumbar support, and feels very solid. Since I'm 5'4", the elongated seat is a bit too much for me. I have to keep the chair height at its lowest setting for my feet to touch the floor properly and be fully seated (rather than perching at the end). Anyone short than me would likely have problems. The hardware and tools it came with were well marked and helpful, and they provided extras just in case. The leather is soft and feels very comfortable. Once all screws are tightened there's no shake or looseness in the arms, which is great. It took my about 30 mins to full assemble by myself.

I purchased the Ergonomic Executive Home Office Chairs (Color: 9051 Black). There were 2 black chairs and they looked identical. I just picked one. First off. It's comfortable except for the lumbar support. I'm a short guy (168cm or 5ft 6in)and the lumbar support hits me about mid back. It needs to be just a bit lower for it to be considered a lumbar support, otherwise, it's just annoying. I checked to see if I could lower it, but I'd have to tear into the fabric underneath the fake leather back. I'm not quite there yet. The dial brings it forward or back, there's no up or down adjustment. Of course, the chairs with that kind of adjustment cost (at least) another $100. TL;DR Very comfortable, but maybe not so much for short guys. Well worth the money.

It's a decent chair at a decent price. The chair does make a little noise when leaning back and moving around but that's probably because I am a big hoss cat.

Overall I liked the chair. Poor review is for breaking after 13 months. If I had gotten two good years, I would have felt it deserved 4 at least. I weigh ~370 and the capacity said 400. The little plastic curved bars that connect the front of the arm rest to the seat made it uncomfortable at times because I could not "man spread" without leaning way back. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Chair is comfortable, but 9 months after receiving it, the gas cylinder and the locking mechanism to prevent the chair from rocking back was not working. Contacted seller, and in about a week I received both pieces and replaced them, and its working fine. 4*s because the chair is quite loud (squeaky), which might not be a big issue, but i live with people, so its an annoyance enough to note. Seller's Warranty and Support is spot on.

I recently ordered this chair to replace a really uncomfortable "gaming" chair. This chair has a comfortable cushioned seat and was relatively easy to assemble. I don't really have any major complaints other than the fact that there's very little back support. It might be because I'm 5"3 but in order to have my back even remotely supported, I need to scoot as far back as the seat lets me, which not only makes it uncomfortable to use the computer but still doesn't fully support the areas I feel I need it to. That being said, if you're not someone who spends 24/7 at their computer desk, it'll probably be just fine.

This is an epic chair, great quality and assembly was pretty easy. Pro tip - do as instructions say but don't tighten anything down just get them started. The reason this doesn't get 5 star is the actual cushion doesn't hold up in my opinion. Iam 300lbs and when I sit down feels like and air bag let's half the air out. I feel like cushion could be better.

this is NOT a cheap chair. I got it for the weight value for my dad. Once I put it together , and disposed of the box. we got to looking and realized either the upper top of the back was cut wrong or where the screw holes for the back part of the chair was NOT measured correctly and make it look like it's leaning. they are sending a replacement so I may be back with update.......
