It is very hard to put on but once on it gives very good support and enables me to wear sport sandals on the trails I walk, instead of my hiking boots. So that is really nice in the summer. I am 86--weigh 140--5ft4 and wear a 9 size shoe and I bought the X-large.

A tough fit for my daughter. The small was too small and very hard to get on, but the medium had too much fabric on the top of the ankle once on.

Worst sizing ever! The first time I ordered a medium (I'm a small) due to the swelling in my ankle. The thing is way too tight. Ordered a large and the ankle is even SMALLER! Only the heel opening is larger (and way loose). This has been a waste of time and effort. TERRIBLE.
