    • CAN'T FEEL ANY SEAT PADDING AT ALL! IT'S LIKE SITTING ON A BOARD!

The chair looks great, was easy to assemble but the lumbar support is pretty much non existance. You have to seat yourself way back to feel the massage. I never did feel the heat and the seat is extrememly uncomfortable. It is like sitting on a peice of flexing aluminum. I honestly would have kept the chair if it wasn't for that. It made both my back and butt hurt worse than what I purchased it to relieve! I am returning it and going to Office Depot where I can test one out before I buy it after this dissappointment. I just can't believe they skimped on the padding for the seat! Apparently this was not tested before putting it up for sale! So sorry for your loss Sellers because if not for that I would have kept it ;( ... show more

My opinion below: Pro's: -I did like this chair as just a chair. It was comfortable enough that I have no complaints in that area. -I could cross my legs and sit on it which i like to do. -The part that comes out to put my legs on was ok but not great. I used it once but never had the inkling to do it again. Con's: - The massage feature might as well not been on this as it didn't really work and the wires got in the way. -Arm on the chair would come loose so often I just kept the alan wrench in the drawer next to my desk as i needed it so often. Early on it was just loose all the time and no amount of tightening would help. -Chair completely broke and went sideways on me with the wheels still on the ground. (letting you picture this in your mind). I am not a big person. only about 185lbs. This chair lasted one year 2 months before it full on broke. I have had a few chairs over my lifetime and none has broken this quickly. Most last years before I need to replace them and none broke the way this one has. That's about it. I'm not a fan of writing novels so this will have to do. Hope your day is a good one. ... show more

Putting thge chair together was extremely easy and probably took me less than an hour. I saw another review that mentions the chair leans to the left a little and can confirm that it does absolutely do that... IMO, it's not all that noticeable and doesn't bother me (it was hard to tell at first because I tend to lean that way naturally when I sit.) The vibration massage portion is beautiful; my back hurts sometimes, and this has helped quite a bit. The back of the chair does make a sound now and again if I lean forward from sitting back against it, almost like the top of a mason jar when you can push it down) My biggest issue with the chair, honestly, is that the seat was NOT comfortable at all... I feel like there's not as much cushion as you would think there would be.. So it's not really comfortable to sit in. Luckily, I already had an additional seat cushion, so I usually sit on that and make the problem a non-issue. But If you are buying a chair, especially one that's marketed as an Office chair, the seat should be comfortable. ... show more
