This is a great chair! I read some reviews saying that it wasn't comfortable and hard as a rock. Naw bruh! This chair is super comfortable and perfect. I have MS, so sitting up causes a lot of back pain. This chair fits all the curves and relaxes my back. The "massager" doesn't really massage, but vibrates. It is a bit loud, but again, it vibrates, so duh. Still feels so good on my back. The only thing, I wish the back was a bit taller. I'm 5'6" with a long torso, so I can't really relax my neck when working because the back isn't tall enough. Very nice quality and lots of cushion. Just put it together so I can’t speak for quality lenth of the electronic stuff but trying the massage and heating out it works pretty well for now!! The chair looks great, was easy to assemble but the lumbar support is pretty much non existance. You have to seat yourself way back to feel the massage. I never did feel the heat and the seat is extrememly uncomfortable. It is like sitting on a peice of flexing aluminum. I honestly would have kept the chair if it wasn't for that. It made both my back and butt hurt worse than what I purchased it to relieve! I am returning it and going to Office Depot where I can test one out before I buy it after this dissappointment. I just can't believe they skimped on the padding for the seat! Apparently this was not tested before putting it up for sale! So sorry for your loss Sellers because if not for that I would have kept it ;( ... show more

    • Not the BEST, but it's good for what it is
Putting thge chair together was extremely easy and probably took me less than an hour. I saw another review that mentions the chair leans to the left a little and can confirm that it does absolutely do that... IMO, it's not all that noticeable and doesn't bother me (it was hard to tell at first because I tend to lean that way naturally when I sit.) The vibration massage portion is beautiful; my back hurts sometimes, and this has helped quite a bit. The back of the chair does make a sound now and again if I lean forward from sitting back against it, almost like the top of a mason jar when you can push it down) My biggest issue with the chair, honestly, is that the seat was NOT comfortable at all... I feel like there's not as much cushion as you would think there would be.. So it's not really comfortable to sit in. Luckily, I already had an additional seat cushion, so I usually sit on that and make the problem a non-issue. But If you are buying a chair, especially one that's marketed as an Office chair, the seat should be comfortable. Edit: 2026, the chair is starting to break from regular usage, I already had to replace the holders of the foot rest because one of those broke, but I noticed today (5/13/26) That the support that holds up the backrest is literally breaking... so the back has a permanent tilt now. ... show more

I got the chair cause i spend probably more time at my desk doing my college coursework than i do in my own bed so comfy was a must. The messagers aren't the best but over all this chair is overall super comfy and has gotten me through a few naps without an awful crick in my neck.
