So far, this has worked out excellent for me. I've had it running in my car for about a week without any issues. The setup was fairly simple and straightforward. This is the second dash cam I've ever installed and it required very little time for me to have it all working. They provide plenty of wire for the rear camera unlike my last rear cam which required a lot more strategy when installing. They provide a 64GB card for video storage, and I immediately upgraded to my own 512GB card for extra storage. This model supports up to 512GB so don't bother buying anything bigger than that, if you want to upgrade it. The video quality is great. You get some options as far as recording modes which will change the quality of video so that's something to be aware of, and they do make it very clear in the listing. If you want front and cabin view, you'll be losing some quality but not much. If you want front and rear, as most probably will, you'll get full 4k quality in front and 1080p in the rear. You get 150 degree video in the front, and 155 degrees in the rear, while the cabin is 160 degrees. I am not using the cabin view but I did test it and I've found these claims, both FOV and quality, to be accurate. IR lights and WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) for better quality at night, too. The rear camera is adjustable, as well, it can be rotated to your preferred view and the video can be mirrored/flipped. They claim OTA firmware updates via app. I noticed another reviewer mention their disappointment that this isn't available on this model, but I knew I read they offered it within their app so I assumed they must not have checked the app. I checked the app and I cannot find any way to update firmware. Maybe I'm just missing it but as far as I know, it's not there. Be sure to check the app yourself, just in case. The 24 hour parking mode requires an additional hardwire kit that isn't provided here. I purchased the hardwire kit and set that up very easily. As far as I can tell, it works and it doesn't drain my battery. They have two parking modes, the 24 hour parking mode with g-sensor monitoring which will automatically record 10 second clips if something hits your car, or a time lapse 24/48 hour monitor mode which will record constantly at a low frame rate. If you don't have experience with a hardwire kit for dash cams, look it up on YouTube to find simple instructions on the installation. For the most part, these will all be the same and you can find countless videos detailing the process. Overall, I am happy with it. The quality is good and the installation was simple. I am not happy that the listing claims OTA firmware updates and doesn't seem to offer that, but I have contacted REDTIGER and I am waiting to hear back from them before I change my rating. If they truly do not offer updates for this model, I'll be changing it to 4 stars. I'll try to remember to update my review when I hear back from them.
