Great Dash Cam, easy to install App connection is decent, you have to be close to connect. The video and picture quality is good. The voice control works, you just have to speak up or have minimal background noise. The static stickers work great and the adhesive is crazy strong. Make sure you have your spot picked out before mounting. I had to readjust mine and the adhesive pad needed to be replaced before placing. The wire tool works well to tuck the wires in and the little clips work to hold the wires where you need them. Only complaint is about the picture quality is when you download and zoom in it gets grainy. When you say "TAKE A PICTURE" all 4 cameras take a picture not just the front view. I have it plugged in a constant power port so even with the engine off it continues to record. No additional parts required. All in all, I'm satisfied with the camera. ... show more

This is a wonderful dashcam, and not expensive. What I like best is that you can see out the driver and passinger side if you are hit on the side of your car. Cam was great for my mercedes. I loved the Night Vision functionality.Installation was easy but when it came to the hardwiring took it to the professionals. Had to buy the hardwiring kit for $35 but they did a great job in the installation. It hasn't interfered with my Benz' security features and works seamlesssly with it. The only thing I regret is that it doesn't have cloud availability but aside that it is very great. It captures like a pro from all angles. ... show more

    • Good, but………
So far so good! Install was easy and unit controls and app are pretty intuitive. Mine was in French the moment I turned it on so that made things much harder and the Redtiger “chat” help was all but useless. They have a script and that’s it. I fiddled with it long enough to find the language screen after I googled a few French words. Downloading is fine but you will spend some time in your car if you want more than 2 or 3 videos. Also, there is no way to delete saved videos even after downloading. Formatting your SD card is the only way to delete anything from it. The clear plastic mounting tabs are no good if you park in the sun. Mine fell off 2X so I just stuck the camera mount directly to the windshield. The 4 channels are nice if you ever need them but I’d say the 2 side cams will just be taking up SD card space. But hey, you never know when you’ll get a side smack or t-bone. Being long and skinny it mounts nicely behind the RV mirror so the driver doesn’t see it or block any of the drivers view. It does limit the drivers side…..side camera window view a little bit but probably only 20% blockage by the RV mirror. 100% blockage of the driver/drivers seat. ... show more

Upgraded my vehicle camera from a single forward camera to a 4-channel camera system. This allows me to cover front, rear, right and left. This includes a SD card installed and you can download an APP for a larger live view. Installation is easy. Downside: I find the 3 x 3 adhesive film, to attach to window, then attach camera to, to be ineffective. I get the point, but it seems to not adhere to window. So direct attach camera to window without the larger clear adhesive. Overall: A great product that i have now installed in two vehicles, and would recommend my friends to get. ... show more

    • best dash cam for me and very necessary item for your car
i had been putting off getting a dash cam for a long time and didn’t see the true value in one until i was hit by another car earlier this year. this dash cam made me a little anxious because of its size, before installing it i thought it was going to look out of place because of it being a little larger than other dash cams with less angles. however, once i set it up, i think it looks great and doesn’t take up as much viewing space as i thought! the quality is unmatched, took a few photos and videos and as a photographer, i appreciate the high quality footage this dash cam provides. i did watch a ton of videos on how to install this in my car but the whole process was so much easier than i thought! the app also connects really well once you pair the dash cam’s internet to your phone, and very easy to figure out and use. i also appreciate how cost-efficient this dash cam is, was wondering if i needed to dish out hundreds for another competitor brand but i have lots of friends that also use this brand who have vouched for it. i’ve already placed another order for this dash cam so that i can install it for my mom’s car! ... show more

    • Not a Fan. Many Oversights/Flaws
This is the third dashcam I’ve owned and, for the price, it’s probably the most troublesome. The pro is that it provides good video resolution. The cons: - the overwrite feature does not work, so when the memory card is full, it just beeps dramatically until you manually format it. This is not only annoying, but if it fills while you’re parked or if you don’t notice it right away due to music or other noise, it simply won’t record anything. I’ve tried different memory cards including high end high endurance models, no change. -there are no options for LTE or WiFi connection for the camera itself to upload directly to a cloud or other service. If someone breaks into your vehicle and steals the camera itself, they take all the videos with it. Seems to just make it another target rather than being helpful in that situation. -customer service is spotty at best. They only read from a specific script for issues so results are mixed. -overheats in early summer. The camera just told me it’s too hot for it to operate… it’s only early June so I’m sure this will persist through the summer. In summary - there are much better options out there for the cost. If I were still within my refund period I’d definitely return this one. ... show more
