I bought the chair on January 25th 2021 so as of this writing, it will be a month since I bought it in a few days. Honestly, the chair is beautiful. I purchased the green one and the color is exactly like you see in the pictures. Pros - The features are great - like the high arm rests, the foot rest, the 155 degrees of reclining, the head and back supports as well. I particularly enjoy the lumbar support "massage" pillow which, well, vibrates so its not a massage but still feels great though you can't adjust the vibration; I find it just right. It is a sturdy chair with sturdy wheels; truly a beautiful design and color. Oh, and the assembly was straight forward and relatively easy. It took me about 25 minutes to assemble. Cons - My butt starts to hurt after about 30 minutes of sitting (I am 5' 11" and weigh 175 lbs). I have to adjust myself and the chair to get in a tolerable position until the next 30 or so minutes where I have to readjust myself and chair; an endless cycle. The only way I have managed to sit longer without my butt hurting is by adjusting the chair at a 90 degree angle (perfectly straight) but that's not really relaxing if you are playing games or watching movies. Reclining to the 155 degrees does feel nice for a while except that the lumbar support, at that angle, isn't as comfortable (you can remove it) and since the arm rests don't move back, you are left with your arms either dangling or trying to hold them on your chest, stomach or above your head. Also, my chair leans a bit to the right (though you don't feel it while sitting) even though no parts are damaged and all screws were perfectly aligned to the holes. Also the right arm rest does not go up as high as the left one; there is a half an inch difference. Final thoughts - You do get a lot for the price but the comfort level isn't the greatest. In all honesty, my $40 dollar regular and boring looking Walmart office chair, which has none of the great features this gaming chair does, is a lot more comfortable. At this point, I am going to give this chair to my teen son (he's about 5' 7" and 130 lbs) since he thinks its comfortable. ... show more

    • Instant buyer's remorse: Borderline of False Advertising

I bought this chair ONLY because of the main picture in the ad showing the massage in the shoulders of the chair. This isn't the cheapest chair to buy on Amazon, and it certainly isn't the best quality. When I got the chair from UPS, I opened the box and started putting it together. Half way through, I realized that the only massage part of the chair isn't the chair at all but rather the lumbar pad that just straps onto the chair using cheap straps. There's not even multiple speeds of the massage to give a "value for money". The chair is kinda flemsy when sitting in it. I'm only 190lbs, and when I lean to reach for something on the desk the chair leans too. Over time, it's going to wear more and will eventually be so flemsy that sitting in it would be dangerous. Avoid this chair until they redesign it or honestly advertise it. ... show more

I wanted a nice new chair for streaming as a gamer and while the features this chair has, the USB massage and the footrest, are nice, the overall feel of the chair is that it simply won't...stay up! I prefer being on higher settings for sitting when I am at my computer for ease when I type and do other things and this chair sinks down randomly and seems to be on the floor whenever I do anything! While it is a comfy chair I am considering taking PVC pipe and fitting it against the caster pump at the highest setting simply so it won't be able to go down anymore, which I know is the last resort. If this chair didn't sink every time I breathed, it would be perfect. As of right now, I want my old, mostly broken, chair back because at least that one was SUPPOSED to fall down since it was....ya know....broken. *edited* I am now being forced to use PVC pipe to fix this as the castors have gotten worse, they are apparently the wrong size for the chair, and overall this is a very expensive POS that I now have to pay MORE money to fix cause they built it wrong. ... show more

Trying to assemble this, the holes on the bottom seat cushion do not align with the holes in the metal plate that sits over top of the hydraulic piston and provides the height and tilt adjustment. That's a major manufacturing error. One of the armrests had about 6 inches of threat dandling from it and the slightest pull made it come off even more, so I'm worried the armrest pad is going to come off. The bearings on the wheels seem really cheap as well so we'll see how those hold up. But enough with the negatives - the chair is very comfortable, has a nice tilt-lock adjustment, and the USB-power lumbar massage pad is actually really quite nice. It seems to go on a program of patterns so it's not just one massage setting. It plugs into your laptop USB port and just works. The chair also has a nice folding foot rest that seems to work pretty well - you just pull it out from under the seat cushion and flip it over. I noticed it deflects a little downward with the weight of my legs on it, but it seems sturdy enough. Assembly was a breeze except for the misaligned holes between the bottom seat cushion and metal plate. I think this would be a five star for the comfort, features and price, if not for the quality control issues. UPDATE: Just a few weeks after purchase, the chair now rocks side to side and front to back due to excessive play in the hydraulic cylinder. There should be *NO* play between the piston and the surrounding cylinder. I'll be surprised if this lasts another week. Hopefully they will provide a replacement cylinder and armrest with stitching that isn't unraveled. ... show more

The assembly took about fifteen minutes, the armrests are very well designed, the angle and height can be adjusted, and the massage function only has an on/off switch with no intensity option. Anyway, worth the price.
