    • How to find the hardware kit.
Chairs are very nice and comfortable. Make sure you pull everything from the bottom of the boxes to find the hardware kit to put them together.

    • Poor Quality
Bought two as they’re the only chair that would fit in the space. I like the design/looks, but, poor quality is putting it nicely. Bolts constantly coming out, poor quality upholstery. Snags very easy. I’d recommend going over the chair and check the tightness of all fasteners before you look down and see a screw on your floor. I used a locktight type product and just went over both of my chairs. ... show more

The chairs arrived in a tattered box but the chairs inside were in good shape. They were relatively easy to assemble although two of the bolts were missing, luckily our local hardware store had some that could do the job. They are very comfortable to sit in and enjoy my morning coffee. The only complaint I have is the seat slopes down too much toward the back making it difficult for this old man to get out. I put a pillow on the seat near the back and that made it better - much to my wife’s irritation. Would have given it a higher star if the seat were more level. ... show more

Love these chairs! Great quality, comfortable and fit perfect. Assembly was literally a snap to secure the back and it was ready. I got the tan and the color was exactly as show as well. They were split in shipping so it worried me that only one was coming in however that was a delivery issue not with the customer. Shipping was super fast as both chairs arrived 4 days early. ... show more

    • EZ minimal assembly
Like the fabric and EZ assembly. The fit and finish are good and they would have rated a 4 or 5 however, the mechanical hold on foot rest on one chair is out of alignment resulting in release while traveling and extra effort to retract and have device hold. Something I may be able to fix. Also 2 screws requiring an alen wrench are difficult to secure and tighten without an extended wrench that can get by the circular base. This is just one chair and the other rates a 5. Comfortable and 5 star approval by the traveling cat. ... show more
