I am 5 foot 10 female I weigh 125 pounds so this is the perfect size for me as I am disabled. This allows me to recline and not have to choose from standing or laying in bed to relieve pain. I actually put this together by myself with no help because all you do is take the back part and it slides in place with the bottom part and you’re done and the back part is not very heavy. The heaviest portion of this chair is in the bottom portion. I think it looks great especially for somebody that has starting over in life from scratch with nothing. this is a godsend. I am 5'7" and 230 lbs. This chair is great for my height. Any taller and I think it would be uncomfortable. As far as the width, I fit perfectly with about 2" to spare on each side. The chair is comfortable, not overly plush, but sturdy. The mechanism as a push-back chair only stays in recline-sit position, or lay way back position. Trying to lay back to nap is impossible because you are using your weight to keep the chair in recline. You need a lot of strength to push the chair to recline and keep it in recline. That's a drag. The arm rests are boxy on the narrow side, not plush because of no pillowy tops. If you want to raise and bend your leg to rest on the inside of the arm, it hurts because it is not pillowy. All-in-all, this is a perfect chair for a doctor's office, or a lecture hall. It is not made for home sitting, unless you sit in spurts. You could use it to sit and work on a computer, as long as the screen is right in front of you, and you don't need to move much, because it is limiting. Otherwise, it was worth the money. I'm moving on to a double-wide with more plush and easier recline mechanism. Then my dog will be able to sit with me. Giving the chair to a friend who needs a sturdy one. ... show more

Let me start off by saying that the intensity of the vibration of the massager is not strong enough to be a massager. The highest intensity is the equivalent of lower than the lowest setting for any other massager I have ever experienced. Do not buy this model with the massage back. Buy the more inexpensive model without the massage feature. Also this is a very small chair. Me, being 6' tall, has my feet hanging off the edge by at least 10" to 12" from the footrest edge, so it's more of a "Leg Rest" for me., and the seat is just barely wide enough for me to comfortably sit in, but it is comfortable. If I was looking for a chair for a studio apartment or a small room, this would be a plus, but in my case it is a minus. It is because of these two points that I gave 3 stars, otherwise it is a solid chair, looks nice, and is comfortable. It's no EZ-Boy, but for a low budget for a midsized person with limited space, it will do nicely (without the massager). ... show more

I was surprised at the high quality of this product offered at such an amazing price . As I am an adult that's height is about 4'11", finding chairs that are comfortable for me is often hard to find. However, this chair is an absolutely perfect fit for me I found it to be made of descent material and easily cleaned. Plus the message company is amazing. Wonderful product for shorter people.
