I previously purchase a Dyson TP09, its working fine, but 2-3 week into using it and it develop this ball bearing high pitch sound, it would only do it some time but I feel like its going to get worse. Thank god for Amazon return policy, I didnt feel like sending it to Dyson and they come back with a clear operating status. I almost order a fan and a air purifier as two seperate unit, but I ran into this beauty, it operate very good! here are a few things I notice. -Its taller than the Dyson TP09 -the fan is much stronger at outputting air than dyson -the fan is also very quiet in comparison to the dyson (although I dont care this as much as I like a little white noise at night) -The air detection seems to work good, maybe a little behind Dyson in term of detection but its not too bad -the Android Apps works just as well as Dyson app, it has scheduling and control of oscillation. Overall I would recommend people to try this over Dyson tower fan, its cheaper, more effective fan and just as good at cleaning air quality. ... show more

I own two Dyson air purifying fans but they are loud and the filters are so expensive to replace. My sister got this fan and loved it (and she has cats…but now you can’t tell when you walk in the house she has cats)! So I ordered one even though I had never heard of Dreo and I love it. Our kitchen is on the west side of our home so in the afternoons it’s so much hotter than the rest of the house. But not any more! We’ve never had to have the fan speed higher than 5 to be comfortable in our kitchen. The fan is so quiet it’s like it’s not even running…but don’t leave a napkin laying on the table because there is some serious air flow! And as a bonus the replacement filters are half the cost of the Dyson. With 3 dogs the fan is going to pay for itself quickly not having to buy $80 filters any more. My sister told me about this dreo cus she recently got a regular fan tower, quiet and strong, even my mom said so. I’ll be having a baby soon, this fan/purifier really got me interested so then i wont need two diff devices. i wasnt expecting this big, but i gotta say, this fan is verg strong and quiet, and i proved the purifier works pretty quick, cuz i had my backdoor opened, and happened that my neighbor was doing bbq. 10mins later, the purifier lighg turned from blue to green!!! I was surprised and impressed. Great product!!! Giving 4 stars cuz I found the official website doing promotion too with $55 off plus extra 5% off whereas amazon only $30. I already have a Dreo fan in my bedroom so I trusted the name. I also have a more expensive bladeless air purifier (you know the one). This Dreo unit is superior. The fan is awesome. It has multiple speeds and you can feel it. The air purifier comes on quickly when it senses a need to. Lets not overlook that the price is significantly less than the other well known brand.
