The media could not be loaded. I just received these yesterday 12/1/24 and charged them immediately, but the green one didn’t work, no matter how long it charged. I hope they can replace just that one. As for the working ones, they were amazing! My 5 month old teacup Yorkie caught on within a couple of hours, and he loves the ball / toy button so much! I just wish all worked. They are very easy for him to press, and are loud and clear, wish they came with a mat, like others do. I also purchased another set of 3 and they aren’t as easy for him to push, so he only uses the rechargeable paw buttons. I think they were incredibly easy for him to figure out, and understand. And would highly recommend them for a small pet, that can’t press the tougher buttons. If all would’ve worked upon arrival, I would’ve easily rated 5+ stars ⭐️

Straight out of the box you have everything you need to start training your pet to use. The buttons are easy to program. Turn them on, hold the black button on the bottom, wait for it to beep and then record your command. Once done, just let the button go and it will beep again. Then you can flip it over and press the paw print and hear your recording. it does take a few tries to get the volume and words to sound clear and not too crazy. But its so easy to program that it didn't take long to re-record to get it perfect. The set comes with an information sheet on how to train your pet to use the buttons as well. It only took about a day and our dog was already using the buttons to tell us different commands like he needed to go outside or was hungry and wanted dinner. So far we have these in different areas of our house for things our dog would want or need and he uses them every day.

As far as "talking buttons" go these are pretty solid. Since the training is up to each individual pet - I can only review this on how the products work rather than how effective it is. The 4 "buttons" are easy to charge with the 4 port cable (could stand to be a foot longer than the 6 to 8 inches it is IMHO) it's a little short and when charging all 4 you'll have a cluster of these buttons all over the outlet(s). Buttons themselves are a bit on the small side (as if for smaller dogs) and our larger dogs have a bit of trouble with them. If they don't hit the button square on, they'll tip it over and rolls on the floor. The sound quality is pretty darn good. The speaker, on/off button, and charging port are all on the bottom. The button is then supported by 3 legs so that the speaker isn't muffled by the floor. Now here's the rub, since all of those items are on the bottom securing them will be a problem. Both the box and the small instruction manual with the device refers to an included mat that is no where in the box. . . what is in the box are 4 paw shaped pads that I have no idea of what use they're for. Since repetition and consistency is key in any training you need to have these arranged in the same order for a LONG time. I can't really see using all 4 of these at the same time without constructing a "pedal board" of sorts. Where I can see this shine is using 2 of them for very different tasks. i.e. one for "treat" and the other for "go outside" let's say. As is with anything your mileage may vary. It's not working all that well for us just yet.

If that's the case, or your child is verbally delayed and you somehow accidentally found THIS as another way to help eliminate communication issues, let me tell you people, THIS product was designed for YOU! If you're like me, looking for a GREAT, SIMPLE WAY to scare terrible roommates out of your ex-fiance's home, honestly believe your animal companion has loads more of amazing thoughts and ideas, pre-recorded into audio that plays out loud when any of those five little buttons are triggered, or have found yourself DREADFULLY confused and stuck between PET STUFF and KID TOY shopping, ending up here, looking at this FINE PRODUCT designed for pets, extrapolated to parents with verbally delayed children, and used for OTHER prospects like terrifying drug addicts out of homes (I pre-recorded a cop siren screaming on one of those little, plastic paw buttons you can stick discretely anywhere and left it by the door the roommates use to go outside to smoke. Within two weeks, my home was back to being a home and not a trap house!) Aside from being a strange, interesting and ultimately, USEFUL tool for pets and humans alike, it comes with a FIVE port USB charger! Charge FIVE USB devices SIMULTANEOUSLY! Awesome!

these have been so much fun to have around the house, we are in the process of teaching our furry friend the different buttons are associated with his commands, so far the treat one of course he learned. The buttons are quite easy to recharge, no messy cables, and the press action feels sturdy and smooth. so I don't see any issues in the future with these. Recommended.
