Beautiful color. I’ve been using this polish for over a year now and it’s been a pleasure. Lasts at least two weeks and if I put another layer of topcoat on it looks great for another week

It lasts for awhile, like all the Essie gel polish colors. But it looks a bit brighter on my nails than it does in the photo. More of a neon yellow (not my fav) than a butter yellow (what I wanted).

I loved how well this polish stayed on- and no chips for at least a week! But after wearing it in different colors for 2 months, my nails started separating from my nail beds. I’ve worn gel polish for years and never had anything like this happen before.

So, I love black, it's my favorite color, but I love mint and pastels too so when I saw Essie finally added more light colors to the "gel like" lineup I was excited! As always, it was just chucked in a box with a bit of paper, a glass bottle of nail polish... Amazon you can't think if you wanted to I swear. Actually using the product though, it's THIN, like really really thin, especially compared to the quick dry and normal polishes in a similar hue. It took 3 coats to make the whites of my nails not stand out under the polish. It does go on smooth and seems to level itself to a small degree. Bright side of being thin, layers dried faster than normal so I didn't take much longer than usual, just more active steps compared to inactive wait time. Once it's opaque enough it's a beautiful color, soft glimmer for character. I love matte nails so I use the matte top coat, and it went on much smoother than when I coat other Essie polishes! So Pros: pretty color, dries fast, goes on smooth Cons: takes many more coats than normal ... show more
