TL;dr: Cover has been great, easy to install, no leaks, no flapping/rattling, feels solid. This cover has been excellent on my 2025 GMC Sierra AT4 with the CarbonPro bed. Installation was straightforward and I was able to install it solo without any issues, and I really appreciated that it doesn’t require any drilling into the bed. The build quality feels solid and it has held up very well after several months (8 mo) of use. Water sealing has been impressive. It lets in zero water during rainstorms, and after washing the truck I’ve only ever noticed a very small amount of water near the tailgate — nothing that would concern me. While driving at highway speeds, there’s no flapping, rattling, or added noise. One nice bonus is that when the cover is fully rolled up, I can still see into the bed using the third brake light / bed view camera, which is really helpful for checking cargo without getting out. If I had to point out a con, the black plastic end caps near the tailgate are starting to fade and turn slightly white from sun exposure. That said, it did come with a pair of replacements, so it’s hard to complain and not something that affects function at all. Given the limited tonneau cover options for CarbonPro beds, this is easily one of the best -- if not the best -- cover you can buy. This is for the BAK Revolver X4ts. Installed in my 2024 GMC Sierra short bed, it has a clean appearance and really like the way it looks, locks, and rolls up so as not to take up bed space by NOT requiring an in-bed storage canister. Rolling the cover back and forth is easily done with one hand. Installed fairly easily by myself. Has rubber seals all-around making it reasonably water-tight, but not 100% waterproof - but more than enough for my use. Cover is pretty tough as uses sturdy aluminum slats underneath the fabric overlay. I live in the desert, so will see how well the fabric holds up to sun. Easy to install takes about an hour. These covers look awesome perform great and ate worth every penny I have them on 3 of my silverados and never regretted purchasing them. Take your truck to the next level, I knw the upfront cost is a bit pricey but It will definitely be the last tonneau cover you buy because its built to last ... show more

Good cover and Installation was easy. My only complaint is I would like to see the locking / latching mechanism upgraded. The cover has some room to not always line up perfectly with the mounting rails. The Rear has to be checked to see if both sides click into place. Often times one side needs help. Pulling the cover back towards the rear helps out. It does float a bit. Other than that it's a good design and the side rails fit perfectly on my new truck. 4.5 stars. ... show more

RealTruck BAK Revolver X4s Hard Rolling Truck Bed Tonneau Cover | 80131 | Fits 2019-2024 Chev Update June 2024 the original one was defective but i got a replacement because it was under warranty. After just over a year.. the canvas is peeling away from slats. . This is really a bad , bad Hard roller. DO NOT buy Updated review July 2022 Dropped this thing 2 stars. After just over a year the cover/ coating is starting to crack on the next the last slat..pics included. The slat is also raised now instead of laying flat. It is still functioning as normal so only dropped 2 stars for the cosmetic defects. At this price I cannot recommend this product if it is going to have these kinds of issues this early into its life. I guess it can't handle the heat of southern summers. A buddy of mine bought a truck and i specifically told him to stay away from this brand. Buy a hard roller from a less expensive brand. The extra money for this thing does not translate to better quality or endurance. Original review April 2021 Mine came with 1 rubber stopper missing and 1 of the black screw downs was stripped. I have a 2019 Silverado 6.5ft bed. I have a spray in liner. I had to install 3 times because each of the rubber gaskets they gave for the bulkhead made the cover stand to high. The 3rd Install I just chose not to use ether of the gaskets.. still pretty water tight at bulkhead. Some water leaks in at the corners of the tailgate. This cover costs a pretty penny but imo is the best option. Gives you the best combination of accessibility, security, easy of use, and low profile as any. It is a bit heavy but light enough to where I could roll it up , remove it, and install it by myself if I needed to. ... show more
