We just put this item together and used it for the first time. My husband said it was packaged very well and the instructions were great and everything was labeled clear which made assembly a breeze. There was also a QR code for video instructions. It took about 20 mins to put together but an hour total with unboxing etc. The sauna heats up in about 20-25 mins to full operating temperature and it’s in our basement which is slightly colder than the rest of our home. Bluetooth connected easily, the lights are great and have a brightness level, the cup holder and back rest are awesome. One of the best purchases we’ve made yet! Will come back in a few months and update the review!

The media could not be loaded. It's a little snug but works well. I'm 5 10" 225lb I do have about 6 inches from my head to the ceiling. So little boys who are over 6 you should be okay. Now if you're fat... no you won't fit. Sorry.

This thing is awesome. Just small enough to fit in front of a small car in my garage. Gets to max temp in 20-30 minutes. I sweat a lot. Tip: get a suction cup phone mount to watch videos through the glass!

I’ve been using this sauna for about a month now and I will say that it was extremely easy to assemble. However I wish I had upgraded to the larger model. The photos are very deceiving on the size. It’s not big enough to even move your arms much and I’m 5’5 125 lbs. the cupholder has already broke.

Gets up to about 138 degrees. Takes about 35 minutes to heat up. Only negative thing is windows do fog up because it’s such a small space. I would suggest if you’re a tall person or heavier weight this sauna is not a good fit, Just because it’s so tiny. I’m 5’2” and 120 pounds and I feel tight squeeze even haha. But over all I’m happy and it works well. Descent price and super easy to assemble.
