Okay, I gave this couch a shot. Honest opinion? Worth it. It looks good, is comfortable, though have in mind is not a cloud couch, not the most soft couch out there. You can take the covers of the couching out and wash them. It's easier to build with two people. I got confused, thinking it was a sofa bed, it is not, is a pull out couch, but I can sleep on it, I'm not tall. Love the storage and color. It comes with two extra cushions. Read this: I got stress with two parts not fitting. It drove me crazy, there was only one review that said it was impossible to put together, but this couch was NOT going back, my friend unscrew the metal things and move it to the other side, that way, the parts did fit. Do that! If after many tries, the pieces don't fit, it might be a manufacturer mistake, just unscrew and screw on the right place, avoid the headache. ... show more

I would not recommend Real Relax. I received a couch that appears to be defective, and I have been attempting to resolve the issue since July 6. The couch does not close properly, which indicates a functional defect upon delivery. Customer service initially responded and requested a video demonstrating the issue, which I provided as instructed. Since submitting the video, I have not received further substantive communication. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution or clear update on the status of my case. The primary concern is the lack of continued customer support after the initial request for documentation. After providing the requested information, communication ceased without explanation. Over several weeks, I have sought a repair, replacement, or status update, but have not received a definitive response. Based on this experience, I would advise caution when purchasing, particularly regarding post-delivery support and issue resolution. ... show more

I’m actually impressed. It took me months to go with a product I would feel confident I was going to like (cause I get the returning process) I’m beyond happy with this purchase. I was looking for more space for my room but at the same time something cute. This is your best option TRUST ME. It came in 2 days and it was so easy to put together. It was just me. The couch is okay. It’s not super duper comfy, and the pillows get shaped weirdly all the time, they don’t stay in place that well. Overall it was an ok purchase, but I wouldn’t purchase it again.

Great purchase, fits in my space, if you're looking for a sectional sleeper and limited on space this is perfect. I like the fabric, it's cozy and cleans easily. It's more firm than soft, which I need given my back issues. I like how easy it is to pull out of the sleeper feature too... do not need tools to assemble, but the two boxes that it comes in are somewhat heavy so it might be best to have a second person to help with the bringing inside unboxing. A great value for money, the product is functional. it does not like moving over rugs. The directions also lack the portion where the wheels for the pull out get attached so I had to take the legs off to attach the wheels. Overall it fits great in the space.
