Wow, I Love this sofa!! It’s SO soft and very comfortable to sit on. I also love that the fabric is removable so it can be washed. It does shed a bit, I sat down in black shorts and stood up with white fur all over them lol but not a dealbreaker for me. They include a comb to brush and fluff it out. Easy assembly with 2 people, it took about an hour. For my small apartment, this “Sleeper 1” option was perfect! Highly recommend. It ships in 4 different packages just to be aware. the heaviest box was about 90 lbs so make sure you have someone to help carry the boxes inside your home.

We are really happy with it so far. From dragging the boxes inside, putting it together, breaking down the boxes and putting in the trash, it took an hour and ten minutes. Listing said 5 boxes for this one but it was only 4. We got it all within 3 days of ordering so can’t beat the shipping time. I really wanted to get it all done before the husband got home so I didn’t dawdle but it was easy. For note, I’m a woman but am good with putting things together. The instructions were straight forward and everything just clips together but do have to be done in order so don’t wing it haha. I found it easier than my cheap office couch from IKEA. The cushions are a good thickness and the color is spot on with the ad. It seems of good durable quality but time will tell. It’s my first online couch purchase. The cushions still need to fluff but it’s looking good. I do wish the back cushions had Velcro but knew that going into it. I may try to sew on something later depending on how annoying they get.

I bought an additional pullout and single seater to add to this couch and I setup it all up about a month ago, so I could test it out before reviewing. My photos show 2 configurations and what it looks like with the couches opened and closed. I'll start out by saying it arrives in 5 boxes and came really quickly. It said it would be over a week but I got the first boxes within about 3 days. It wasn't super hard to put together but all the pieces are mixed up in the boxes. The couches are easy to pull out. The couch looks really nice and the fabric is soft but I have some complaints. The back of the couch is really low and so are the armrests. (See photo) The armrest only sticks up 5 inches from the seat, so you don't really have anything to lean on and these 16x16 pillows stick way over it. The fabric is soft but it's SLIPPERY, especially when it's brand new. The back pillows need velcro or something to keep them in place because they constantly fall down, which is annoying. They're also really bunched together and start overlapping like there's not enough room for the pillows to fit correctly. The couch is FIRM. It is not the kind of couch you sink into to relax. I gave it a month to break in before leaving a review and it has seemed to soften up some but my husband thinks it's uncomfortable and rarely gets on it. I'm not going to lie, I regretted buying it the first few weeks but it's softening up and I'm satisfied with it. The feet of the couch are plastic, which I wasn't really thrilled about. The cushions for the 2 seater/couches should have 1 large cushion and not two because now you're laying on the crack & it's not the most comfortable. I bought two big body pillows that match the couch for some back support and allows you to lay back some so you're not sitting straight up with your feet out. With all that being said, it's a very nice looking couch and I'd buy it again but I would not recommend it for sleeping on if that's what you plan on using it for.

My husband and I are soooo satisfied with this sectional. It brings a combination of comfort and style to our living room. I fell asleep on it the first night we put it together. And when I woke up, I fell asleep again. The assembly was simple (thanks to my husband). I ordered a second pullout because our living room area is spacious. It really makes the are look full with the second pullout. With the second pullout, it seats about 10 people. I was impressed that the sofa does not sit low. You dont sink into the sofa as it is quite firm. It's just right for us (especially since we have knee pain lol). Very very satisfied with this purchase.

Great size for our small apartment. We got the sleeper 3, soft and comfortable. The fabric sheds a bit though at first use but it goes away with a dog brush through. Please read directions clearly before assembly. It got delivered within 2 days of ordering it. We Assembled with it 2 people took about an hour.

I was very skeptical about making this purchase before being able to have that in-person experience. I’m so glad I went for it! This is probably my favorite purchase. I love the sturdiness, height, firmness, and the overall comfortability of this couch! The color is vibrant and I love how you can add to (which I will definitely be doing) or remove sections to fit your space! This is so perfect for me and my family of four and it wasn’t as expensive as the ones in my local store. I actually prefer this one. The storage adds such a perfect touch for throws. *Notes to consider* I put this together on my own in about an hour. Open the boxes and assemble one by one. I did not use directions as it was that simple. Every piece locks together. I purchased the sleeper 3 and did not realize the lounge chaise was on the opposite side that I wanted (pay attention to that part as it cannot be reversed without extra sections) the boxes may be delivered separately it also came about a week earlier than expected ☺️💕 I hope this helps for anyone on the fence about purchasing 🫶🏽

Very comfortable.. soft and perfect size for an apartment. My mom came to visit and it is fantastic for guests. I got the two seater with two chaises on the sides and I can say I’m very happy with it. I have a few gripes. ONE: it is incredibly hard to put together. If you live by yourself, the way you have to put it together is almost impossible because the middle pullout part is so heavy. The side in parts were bent so I had to get a hammer to pull them out a bit. TWO: a few dirty spots that do not come out. Very disappointing because it’s white and noticeable. Black spots on the back fresh out the package and a grease stain on the pillow. I would recommend if you have help putting it together and I’m curious how the seller is going to address the dirt/grease. (Also, the boxes are very heavy…. You will not be able to move them by yourself. When delivered my fedex guy did not bring them to my apartment and I ended up having to pay a few folks to bring them to my door for me.)

I was really nervous to get this couch! But I am pleasantly surprised and happy with my purchase. It was easy to put together according to my husband. The amount of boxes and pieces were daunting but it seemed to go together quickly. The material is very soft! The downside to that is you kind of slide down the couch and the cushions aren’t attached in the back so they do move around. I love the pull out sofa bed. Super easy to pull out. We leave it out because we are loungers not sitters. The storage is awesome. The couch is very sturdy and cushions are a bit hard. If you aren’t ok with that then I would go for the cloud couch bellfin has! We weren’t willing to wait and preorder from their website and heard horror stories of people waiting for months for a couch. And customer service is an email with no number to contact anyone so we felt safer purchasing from Amazon. The actual back is low but the cushions sit higher than the actual back of the couch. We have our couch against a wall so it’s not an issue but if your couch will be free standing I think that would be an issue. We are really happy with the couch for what we paid!
