The Kensington website says the "height adjusts from 3.5”-5”" which is just not true. It only gets up to 4.5" tall, which is not tall enough for me. I'm 5'4" and have to have my chair adjusted pretty high to keep my arms ergonomic with my keyboard on my desk. The biggest frustration I have is that it is just too easy to bump my office chair wheel into the lever that is used to slant it to an angle. Since it is already a bit too short, slanting it down at an angle does not work. ... show more

I like this footrest because it is adjustable and allows you to change the angle on it. This helps get it positioned so if you're shorter, like me, 5'4", and you have to work from home on a computer right now, you can get your feet up at the right angle and height to sit properly in your charge. I thought I ordered a new item, not a used one. This one appears to be used. Plastic bag the item was in had a hole in it and there is dirt and marks on the foot rest. Not thrilled to receive someone else's dirt and who knows what else...Also smells strongly like tires. Yuck! Can't really speak to the quality or ease of use because I am sending it back. ... show more
