  • How to SET the TIME and SET the ALARM
Looking at the included instructions, it was confusing to me how to set the time. I finally figured it out: TURN ON by pressing and holding the red power button (top right). Then a short press will cause the HOUR to flash. Press the buttons on the left to change the time...upper button to increase the hour, lower button to decrease the hour. Short press power button to set. Then the MINUTES will flash. Again press the left buttons to either increase or decrease the minutes. Short press power button again to set. Then the 12/24 option will flash. Press either button on the left to switch between those options. Short press again to set. Also, at the bottom is a tiny light. If it's green, the BATTERY is over 20% full. If it's red, it's time to RECHARGE. Next to that light (to the right) is a tiny white light. If the light is on, the ALARM is on; it it's not on, the alarm is off. Hold the alarm button (bottom right) for 2 seconds to turn alarm on or off. Set ALARM the same as setting the time, except by quick pressing the ALARM button. It fits my medium female wrist. I know velcro wears out, so time will tell. The hard plastic of the face hurts my wrist bone, so I wear it on the inside of my wrist. This also keeps it from contact with my face. I'm posting this now in case it helps someone just get the thing started. UPDATE: This definitely woke me from a deep sleep. The slight buzz (which I wasn't expecting) did not wake my spouse. So far, so good, but it is losing time, a bit each day. I am contemplating exchanging it; maybe it's a fluke since no one else seems to have this problem. But it does seem to accomplish it's purpose in waking me up without noise. I am neither a heavy or light sleeper. I usually awaken early, but just need to make sure I wake up ON TIME. This works. UPDATE #2: After Day 1, this did not wake me up. I do not believe it went off at 6AM. But when I heard it going off at 6PM, I reset it to a 24 hour clock. After that it began going off at 6AM. It jolts me awake. My husband only hears it if he happens to be awake when it goes off. Another plus, I do check the time occasionally during the night, and I love that the numbers are large and bright enough to read without having my glasses on. For some reason, one time the 12/24 hour feature disappeared, and I couldn't switch between the two. After I turned the watch off and then on again, it reappeared and I was able to choose 24 hour instead of 12. I used the snooze feature once for an hour 10 minutes. It persistently woke me every 10 minutes. I haven't had to charge it so far in over 2 weeks (Update: been almost 2 months and I haven't had to charge it yet). I only wear the alarm at night, and I turn it off during the day. Mine is not keeping time perfectly. It was about 3 or 4 minutes slow after a week. I feel the benefit of waking up outweighs the problem of having to reset the time, which is very easy. I sleep more restfully with this on, knowing it will wake me at the right time. I am still considering returning for a more accurate one. But OVERALL, I am exceedingly pleased with the way this alarm operates and performs. It consistently wakes me up, but doesn't disturb others, which was my objective. Totally worth it. It solved my problem. Worthy of 5 stars. ... show more

  • Not worth the price
The good: Comfortable on the wrist & vibration wakes me up. Battery lasts SO long The bad: Can only set 1 alarm. Quality isn’t very good: the fabric face started fraying at the edges after two wears. All in all, I wouldn’t buy this again, especially for the price.

  • Great until it stops working....
It was great while it worked. The concept is awesome. Its great when you have a small child but have older ones that have to make the bus , get up for school, and practice ect. I used if for pumping alarms and so much. Even for my husband to get my husband up for work. But.... 3 months later, it just stopped working. I wasn't going to leave a review , but I emailed the company and reached out to them without a response. So, yes its awesome, while it works. But its short lived. 😕 Sucks too. I wanted to love it. UPDATE: Company reached out and offered replaced which is awesome. We will see. ... show more

  • Satisfied and impressed
I’m writing this review after one night of use so keep that in mind. However, I love it. I’m using it purely as a silent alarm for waking up. I wear a watch 24/7/365 and I don’t really have problems with my watch being uncomfortable but practically EVERY wrist tracker or vibrating alarm I’ve ever had was uncomfortable. This one is exceptionally comfortable. It creates no discomfort at all. It is VERY snug getting the band over my hand to put it on. I work with my hands and so they are meaty and not terribly flexible. I managed and I don’t think it will truly be an issue but keep in mind, if you have large mitts you may require a replacement band. That’s unfortunate because the band is extremely comfortable and easy to use. The operating instructions were not laid out in an extremely clear manner but the relevant information is included and it really only takes a minute or two to master. The operation is actually pretty simple which is good since it’s a direct interface, no app. Honestly, as simple as it is to operate, an app wouldn’t make it any easier or quicker anyway. I like that it seems to be purpose built as a silent, vibrating wake-up alarm. I have had one, maybe two, in the past with stronger vibrations but this one is up there on vibration strength. I’m a heavy sleeper and it’s strong enough to be effective. I woke right up. It has only one alarm but it isn’t just 30 seconds and done. It is legitimately for waking up so it increases intensity minute over minute and has a 9 minute snooze function. I don’t have an indication yet about battery longevity. While this matters to me (I would prefer charging no more than once a week), it matters less since I am so happy with the function and features. My next big question is how long it will last. Most vibrating wrist alarms don’t last more than a month or two. I had one brand, many years ago, that would last about 6 months and I stuck with it over a few replacements until the brand disappeared. If this one can last 12 months I would be their #1 fan. I think I would be reasonably satisfied with 6 months. Hey, what can I say? The lifespan bar is just generally pretty low with vibrating wrist alarms. ... show more

  • Stopped working!
It stopped working after just a few weeks! It won’t charge/turn on. I just missed the return window. What a waste! I liked the gradual vibration and that it went on for longer. I wish it has a way to make more than 1 alarm.

  • Way better than expected
I’ve been using this daily for two months and it has exceeded expectations. The reviews here were kinda mixed but there are just so few items that fit this category and most have even worse reviews. So I gave it a try. First off the vibration strength is plenty strong enough to wake me. Setting the time and alarm is a little fiddly and the instructions are pretty vague. But once you figure it out it’s easy enough. It has never missed an alarm and keeps good time. Battery life is way longer than 12 days, though I strictly wear it at night for waking me up. I guess not activating the light up digits might preserve battery life. I have charged this thing once in the last 60 days. This was a great purchase. ... show more

  • So far, so good!
So far, so good! It hasn't yet been used on a critical wake-up call but has passed all casual 'test' mornings. Due to my hearing loss, I needed a different style alarm. I had tried the 'bed shaker' type with some success but thought this might be a surer option. I first ordered another style, slimmer, more functions, but returned it without setting anything up when I saw how involved that would be (and how small the buttons, etc. were). I really didn't care about getting additional functions. The alarm and ease of use were what was important to me. Then I saw this unit. Just what I was looking for. It's simple, the buttons are large and accessed externally, and it's very easy to set. Even though it looks a bit large in photos, it is quite light and comfortable on my wrist. I have small wrists and this not only fits me but could be made even smaller. ... show more

  • Didn't work for us
Looks super cool, felt durable, but I got it for a teenager who can't seem to wake up. He didn't even flinch. It was returned and we got the crazy load alarm clock that also vibrates the bed, so far so good.
