I purchased this product in January of 2016. It has worked okay until last week. It stopped cooling the refrigerator and the freezer still worked. I contacted Igloo and got NO satisfaction. 1 year warranty on an item that cost over $500.00. Broken after less than two years. They don't know where to get parts? They suggested I call a repair person. WTF? I will never buy another Igloo product. They don't stand behind it at all and it is overpriced and built very badly. I was totally misled by the advertised dimensions of this fridge. The stated width is 28.9 inches. My space is 32 inches wide, so I was expecting the fridge to nicely fill the space, with an inch or two on each side. I checked many other websites to be sure it wasn't just a glitch on one website. ALL sites list the same width in the specifications - 28.9. The fridge is ACTUALLY 23.5 inches wide!! This is a 5.4 inch difference! So, there is an 8.5 inch gap in my space. It is a fine fridge, but when buying for a specific space, and counting on manufacturers specifications, it was a huge disappointment to discover that it was so much smaller than advertised. ... show more

    • Great extra refrigerator for the garage - Actual dimensions 24" wide, 25" deep, 59" tall.
Received the refrigerator quickly and without damage. It was branded as RCA vice Igloo, but same item by same manufacturer. We needed it primarily to store extra milk since we go through so much. Door fits two 1 gallon jugs plus 2 2-liter bottles and 6 cans of soda. Freezer compartment is smaller than I expected, though it does the job. Since it is fairly short, I built an 8 inch riser to put it on. Makes it easier to get items out of the freezer and puts the refrigerator section more at eye level. ... show more

I just got the refrigerator today. The refrigerator had a dent on the side (see pictures) The delivery guys dropped on my door steps and ran out as if the devil were chasing them. They did not unpack the refrigerator even though online states that delivery includes the below. I had to all that my self. A very disappointing experience.     • Don't bother!
This was the first one delivered. It had a good size dent in the middle of the refrigerator door. It could not be leveled because the levelers were bent 90 degrees and the bottom frame was bent upward about an inch and a half. I returned this unit, and received another a few days later. It would not cool the refrigerator part below 46 degrees after running on the coldest setting for 5 days. It is scheduled for return to Amazon this Saturday with another unit being delivered the same day. This is the last one!. If There is any problem with this third unit I will request a refund and make a purchase locally. Pass this one by... ... show more

LOVE it! Price was more than Best Buy but the fridge is quiet, works well and best feature is having the fridge on top! But note that the delivery cost is NOT included in the price. Amazon customer service was exceptional in handling this purchase.
