Bought this item as a gift for my son's family room. Not a lot of choices in orange, so I bought this one. Communication from seller was excellent and the item shipped very quickly. It appears to be a quality product and my son is happy with it. Because of the weight this was delivered by FED EX Freight and arrived damaged. It appears the refrigerator was dropped on corner. The box was not crushed or appeared to have any outward damage. This item did not require a signature and was left at the front door. I contacted the seller and they were more than willing to exchange or take back the item but would not allow a price adjustment for the damage. I understand this as I assume they did not ship it damaged but would go back on the carrier or insurance In the end my son decided it was too much aggravation to re-box and haul this back up from the basement so he kept it crushed corner and all. It's been about a month and the product works well. We'll see as time goes on if dropping it will shorten it's life. Check the item when you get it. Save the packaging. ... show more

I really love this fridge. The color is PERFECT. This is going into my Miami Dolphins Man cave so color was critical. Spot on Igloo, good job! When it came I saw there was a big gash in the package and just prayed the item was not damaged because returning something this big can be a royal pain in the butt. Happy to report the outside damage was worse than the inside damage. There was a small dent and scratch on the side but since this will be inside of a bar cubby nobody will see it or know but me. I would recommend that the seller spend a few more pennies on packing to avoid this in the future. Otherwise, fridge is great! I was able to change the door to swing from the left rather than the right very easily and am one happy customer. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Freezer door only opens and inch or so because the ice has grown too thick, i dont know if there's a way to fix this so 3 stars for now, hoping to hear from manufacturer.
