I have a couple of WORX, two of these, and a couple of other brands. They're all basically the same, the companies making them are brain dead and can't improve on them. They all have the same issue related to them. I use them to cut cardboard only, and invariably, they all screw up and the cutter starts to get stuck on the bottom feed rail.
