The charge definitely doesn't last as long as it says but it does start to die at about two miles. Wind strength and riders weight determines how fast it goes. I absolutely loved it at first. Easy assembly and went pretty quick! I’m 5’2, 26yrs old 110lbs. It got me half way to my destination and died. It said “up to 40minute/20mile ride time…. Definitely only lasted about 20mins fully charged. I just needed to go 8miles down the road it died at about 6miles…. Will most likely return for a better one… ... show more

This has almost been the final straw for me as far as ordering from affiliates of Amazon. For the probably 5th time I have spent a decent amount of money just to be disappointed. Not only was my daughter’s “new” Peppa Pig bike scratched up & dirty, this scooter came the same way. I don’t bother asking for anything anymore from these affiliates. The answer is always no & besides, if I don’t open the product right away, then by the time I do, the 30 day window is expired. I wish ppl would stop lying when they say something is “new” or “barely used” when it’s clearly not! As far as the product itself: the scooter is very fast & very fun. A big hit with my kids, but battery life is a bit short & the charging time is long. Overall the best bang for your buck far as electric scooters go for bigger kids. ... show more

The seat is a great idea I wish it clipped on verses alen key. The bottom has no space it hits the ground amd gets scraped up each use. My son loved it for about 20 min then wanted a different one. It is very heavy.seems to be made well .it goes around 10 to 11. I was disappointed I spent alot of money for it to sit here . I will say it's easy to control and rides smooth on payment t the color is g reat as well. I wish I had known more about the scooter prior to purchasing. I have been buying razor electric rides for close to 20 years .Their products always do what they promise. This one is no exception. Looks great and is well made. It was easy to put together. Goes really fast and has a smooth ride. My 85 lb son rode this full throttle for an hour and a half straight. The battery didn't seem to lose any power .The manual says it will run for 40 minutes on one charge so he was able to double that. My experience with razor products is that you do get way more riding time on 1 charge than what the manual says. So fun ,so durable,best products ever!! ... show more
