The tool works perfectly.The software I downloaded did not. Couldn't pair to my phone or tablet. Every time you turn off the tool you have to repair it. The software just sits there and never sees the tool.Power Probe was sold to a large Chinese company and they have one man doing service, tech,and repair.Very sad to see the compny go to the dogs. The service man was very polite and knew what he was talking about. But I couldn't get through to him again. ... show more

all Power Probe products are great so far, Maestro will take a little time to master. I've been using Power Probe III, & the Hook and saves me a lot of guess work. I high recommend any one doing electrical work on cars, boats, equipment, etc. get one

    • Highly capable diagnostic tool.
As an amateur DIY’er regarding auto electrical diagnosing and repair, I can say the PP Maestro is a quality tool with a lot of capability. My only wish would be that the manual would give examples on how to use it on various components in order to facilitate faster learning.

    • Company said this was IOS Compatible
When I tried to download from the Apple APP Store, I got a message stating the the APP was with the Programmer. I contacted the company and was told that they could not provide me a date when the APP would be available for download. Our iOS app is currently under review, we had some issues with the Maestro not being detected by the app on iOS devices. We do not have a current ETA for a fix. The app is working on the Google Play store so if you have an android device that you could use to connect in the meantime that is what I recommend. No "get well date" is unacceptable. ... show more
