  • These are Fun!
I bought 2 of these for my 10 & 11 year olds. We ride around on them half the day. They are really sturdy and can make their way over rocks and thru tall weeds. I would definitely recommend. I wanted to wait a Month to write a Review to make sure they lasted that long but we have had them 2 weeks so far with daily riding and so far so good. I like them so Much I may buy another for myself so we have 3. I am 5'4 and my kids are around 5'2 and under 115 lbs each so I would say for anybody up to 5'8 or 5'9 these are good. My husband is 6'1 and he wont get on it although he is under 220 but he's afraid to break it. I think he would be fine, but he may not fit at least not comfortably. I may get a bigger one only so he can ride it and other tall people but still deciding as these are perfect for what I want for myself and my kids and for any others who are not super Tall or too heavy. They do not feel dangerous at all and are super easy to use and set up. They come out of the box put together, just need to adjust the handle bars and charge them up. They last about an hour it seems or around there once charged but we just take breaks and they recharge pretty fast. Razor, so far I think makes great products and we have a lot of fun on these ... show more

  • Great Ride for Kids
UPDATE: We've had this bike for about 3 months now. Still working fine and keeps a good charge. Our kiddo looks forward to riding it on clear days. So far, still highly recommend! We bought this to replace a 24v ride on for our 6 year old. It was definitely worth the purchase! He loves it so much, and so do we. The speed is perfect for a vehicle this small. It's not slow, and not too fast for little ones. Be aware that this thing is heavy. It's too soon to speak on durability, but currently it's certainly sturdy and appears that it will hold up fine. Our kiddo is on the tall side for his age, and he will definitely have this for years to come. We're already talking about buying another for myself because I was able to ride it comfortably (I'm approx. 165lbs). From our experience so far, we would recommend. ... show more

  • Great Buy For the Money
Bought this for my 6 year old daughter for Christmas. The Quad came assembled and arrived on time on the date I scheduled it to be delivered. The people who delivered it to my residence called me before arrival which was nice. Now for the Quad details. It’s electric powered which is awesome. My daughter rides it for a while before it needs charge. It goes pretty fast for the amount of voltage at full charge. My daughter absolutely loves riding it on our 1 acre backyard. The frame is sturdy and since now it’s holding up strong in the dirt. Tires are thick and durable and can withstand stickers from weeds (goat heads). It only goes forward but if you teach your kid how to properly use it and take the time to show them there should be no issues along with buying the gear separately so they can ride it safely. I do wish it can reverse but it’s not something that’ll keep your kid from having a good time. I myself am 180lbs. and my daughter is 60lbs and we ride the quad together sometimes and it has no problem even with both of us on it. It’s a great value for the money for a rechargeable quad and anybody can have a great time with it. ... show more

  • Problem after problem
The four wheeler was fine, for about 2 months. While my 4 year old was driving the spindle broke off and wheel went flying off. After waiting 6 weeks I finally received the part to replace. After riding 3 times following the entire wiring harness failed allegedly-I think the motor gets hot due to poor quality and fails to engage. The brake cable has come completely undone, and the battery charging port cover will not collapse back down and stay sealed. This all happened in 5 months. Maybe total of 15 hours driving. My kids are less then 80lbs, never taken off road or in mud or snow. SAVE SOME MORE OF YOUR MONEY AND BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND. The warranty-which is pathetic for an $800 toy is only 90 days. RAZOR DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS. If I could return it I would in a heartbeat, now I'm stuck with a four wheeler that let's my kids down all the time when they're excited to play, and I'm busy troubleshooting and repairing it to try and get it operational again. Don't say I didn't warn ya! Buyer beware! I also have a razor scooter that was junk in no time-throttle switch and battery went bad. I've kept both garaged, clean, and never abused- still doesn't make a difference. Sorry to burst anyone's bubble whom was about to purchase! ... show more

  • Fun, fast, and tough
Bought these for our three kids 8,10, and 12. It recommends 14 and up but it seems fine for mine. Size is great and the power seems just right. Not too fast that they are dangerous and scary, but not too slow like it a little kid version would be. May be a bit much for the 8 year old but she loves it. I make them wear helmets and gloves. The younger two have fallen off a couple times as they get the hang of going over rough terrain. These are pretty heavy duty, even I can get on them and ride as it supports up to 220lbs. A few things I don’t like: -No reverse. They have to get off the quad and drag it backwards if they need to back up. -Uncomfortable seat. No padding. -I wish the batteries were lithium ion but that would probably make it too expensive. The batteries do seems to last a good long time though (hour or so.) Those are the only things keeping it from a 5 star ratings for me. I can’t fully comment on durability yet as they are new to us. I don’t think I would jump them or anything but they seem sturdy enough to race around our property including some off road bumps and hills. The kids have rolled them over a time or two and they didn’t break. It comes fully assembled, you just have to adjust the handlebars and charge it. Value seems good. You can find cheaper, but I’d trust Razor products before some other off brand thing. My kids weren’t ready for an ATV with and engine yet so these make perfect sense for us. Overall we enjoy them and the kids are having a blast on them. ... show more
