Glad I bought it! My old chair was very uncomfortable even though I had put multiple cushions on it. This new chair is harder than that so at first I was worried but actually using it is far more comfortable. It seems harder but is supportive instead of soft. My back and hip pain is mostly gone, and I sit for 14-16 hrs a day sometimes. I am 6'4" and 250 lbs, and this chair is roomy even so - if you are a smaller framed person it's not gonna be great, don't get this X model, get the normal one instead. ... show more

I really wanted to like this chair because I had in on my cart for months but after a couple weeks of use I'm seriously considering selling it. Besides the looks and materials I don't see other pros. The cons start with the thin cushioning. The armrests are super far away for a slim person and also move quite easily. The back rest is stiff and the lack of neck support is noticeable after a couple of minutes. This chair fails at the most basic things and comfort doesn't match the price. ... show more

I can imagine a more comfortable computer chair, but I'm not going to get a second mortgage to buy one. This chair is actually quite comfortable, is wide enough that I don't feel like I'm snapping myself into place when I sit down, and is contoured in all the right places. So with this purchase I was hesitate because of the mixed reviews but honestly I have owned about 5 chairs from gaming chairs to office chairs and I would say this one is well built. It is a bit firm on the seat but that’s fine, I am 5’11 218lbs with lower lumbar disc damage and sciatica in both legs. This chair does help me lower back because of the lean back feature I no longer rock back and forth like I did in most chairs and that was the main issue that broke most of my other chairs. The seat is nice and big to where I can put my feet up on the seat just fine. The arm rests are good but I wish it would have the feature to move back and forth with side to side. There is a slight adjustment you can do to the arm rests to make them come in some if needed but the width of the arms is great my arms lie right on them with my hands on WSDA and y mouse. The stand is metal and braced very well and smooth movement on the wheel and the swivel itself. The assemble was literally the easiest I have ever seen and the bolts that go into the back are very well supports and braced within the back of the chair. Also with being 5’11 yes my head doesn’t reach the height of the back of the chair but honestly you’d have to be I would say 6’2-4 to reach the height of the back which I am completely fine with because the back is concave and it holds your back perfectly. Overall I would buy this chair again, it is a better chair then the last few I had which were more expensive then this chair.
