The media could not be loaded. this outdoor stove is easy to setup and looks great, the size is good for small parties and can be easily stored underneath due to its small footprint size. The fire can last hours with a full tank of wood pellets but you can choose to use only half the load due to your needs

Very disappointed with the experience. The item arrived missing the metal plate, and instead of simply sending the missing part, I’m being forced to repackage and return the entire product. This is a bulky, heavy item, and it’s completely unreasonable to make customers go through that hassle for a small (but vital) missing piece. It’s a huge waste of time, effort, and resources. I would’ve gladly waited for the metal plate to be shipped separately, but Amazon doesn’t even offer that as an option. Extremely frustrating and unnecessarily complicated.
