This company Will not work with you This company will not work with you. When buying this product, it never mentioned that it was residential not commercial. I feel like they were deceiving and the BBB will hear about this.. Anytime you purchase an item there should be a full detail on the products recommendation should be written what kind of a pump this was Pacifically, not a commercial business where it couldn’t be installed.     • Good but could use some improvements
Some report this thing stops working within months. My install is only a week old, so the jury is still out. The good: The small size is stellar for an 11KW electric heater. Easy to plumb and wire. I did the plumbing but had a certified electrician do the electrical (60A breaker). Heats ~400 gallon spa adequately. 10-15 degree rise in about an hour. The bad: Leaks at the input and output threaded connections. Do not use Teflon tape. I had to use PTFE thread sealing paste twice to get the drips to completely stop. Watching it closely for future leaks. Some parts are steel. Steel rusts. For $1K, the entire assembly should be stainless steel or aluminum. The display is not bright enough to be able to read on a sunny day. I wish this had a more obvious indicator (ie 240VAC neon bulb) showing that it was powered up. Overall: Happy so far, but not enough for 4-5 stars. ... show more
