The media could not be loaded. I was a little hesitant at first because the price is higher than a lot of other adapters on amazon, Got it for $199.99. But after doing some research, I realized most of the cheaper ones don't have UL certification. That really matters when you're talking about Tesla Superchargers-these stations deliver extremely high current and power. I didn't want to risk damaging my car or dealing with overheating just to save a few bucks. What convinced me to go with Raylix was exactly that: the UL certification. It's the same safety standard Tesla relies on, and one of the most trusted in North America. The adapter itself works flawlessly. I was amazed at the charging speed — by the time I finished a quick coffee break, my car had already topped up. It feels solid, safe, and incredibly convenient. Feel like I made the right choice. Sometimes spending a little more upfront buys you a lot of peace of mind.

Wanted a new adapter as back up for my wife's vehicle as when we go on road trips we always forget mine and I wanted to have one in each of the cars. This definitely helps with range anxiety so we can pretty much charge up any place if we need to get some more miles in on the road. This is not let us down so I would definitely recommend this.

I bought a Raylix portable EV charger for my wife's vehicle this summer so I was happy to order this Supercharger to CCS1 adapter for her as well. The backstory for this charger--the EV manufacturers are in the process of standardizing charging interfaces across brands. This makes sense--more available charging locations for everyone. Some companies have been quick to get on board, some not so much but at this point the majority of major EV manufacturers have signed on. What this means to the consumer--specifically the owner of a non-Tesla CCS1 vehicle--is that using this adapter they can access the Tesla Supercharger network nationwide. This adds their 15,000+ charging locations to the 10,000+ CCS1 stations. Some of the car brands that can currently access the supercharger network are Ford, GM, Rivian, Volvo, Nissan, Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, Kia, etc. More companies are getting involved all the time. If you've ever used a J1772 to Tesla (or vice versa) adapter you know how this product works. It is a burly, well made adapter that locks in place and fits the charger and car perfectly. It can handle extreme temps and charge just fine in bad weather. Extensively lab tested for durability. It couldn't be easier to use on your vehicle. Assuming you have a car from one of the currently supported manufacturers there's no reason not to have this adapter. It works great and is a cut above the majority of third party brands. Highly recommended!
