They fit snugly in the lighter/accessory port on my vehicles and connect without having to wiggle or spin them like some lesser quality products. Nice and small - I could close the ashtray in which the cigarette lighter lives. However, it's not the smallest and sticks out about 3 or 4 mm. The LED lights up when it detects power (though you can't see the light if the cable is plugged in. The USB A and USB C charge at rapid rate (my other adapter did rapid charge only via USB A) This adapter may be a tight fit in some 12 V cigarette outlets in fact i initially thought it simply would NOT fit in an Renault even with hard pushing. Finally i saw that the car socket expected a more tapered nose and i pushed extra hard and it inserted. At least it won't wiggle loose. However, in a more modern car it fit more easily. This has no pull ring to pull out like some adapters, but it sticks out just enough to make it easy enough to grip ... show more
