I don’t have any serious complaints with this product at all. It performs exactly as advertised. We use it ROUTINELY for long car trips (since 2021) and it hasn’t failed us yet. We typically plug in a GPS, Midland hand held radio chargers, and a Midland CB. I can’t recommend this product enough. For the price (which is minimal), it is incredibly difficult, and I mean DIFFICULT to beat the value considering the amount of use this has received and still no problems with it. The cord just long enough to keep device charging cords organized. We did use the double sided tape to attach it to the side of the console on the passenger side; however, in the heat it did keep detaching and actually, as we kind of expected, did leave some glue residue which we had to clean off but to be fair, so do all of the other products out there so that's honestly just whining. The attachment issue was easy to resolve, though - we just used some industrial Velcro and it solved the problem entirely. The design is nice with a low profile. Neither my wife or myself found our knees bumping it like other products we've used and wound up in the device "boneyard". Agree with the other ratings, generally. Buy it, you won’t regret it! This is a great item, it works really well, when plugging multiples items into the cigarette lighter outlet. Now the delivery was horrible. When I ordered the item, it indicated "next day delivery", but didn't receive it until two days later. I have Amazon Prime, and yet when I ordered an item that indicates next day delivery it never happens. Almost every time, I receive my packages from Amazon by USPS, which they don't provide that good of a service. For instance, when this item was shipped, I received a message indicating "arriving tomorrow by 9:00 pm", next day just a little before 9:00 pm a received another message indicating that there was a delayed, that it would arrive the next day, so the package that I was supposed to be deliver the next after the order was placed didn't come until two days later. During the Christmas holidays the same thing happened, package that were supposed to arrive next day after placing the order, didn't arrive until two days later. So why paying for Amazon Prime? ... show more

The expandable 12v socket adapter works great. I currently have three out of the four outlets in use. The only thing I wish this adapter had was the ability to push a button to turn off one or two of the plugged in items. If I want one of the three to be turned off, I have reach in between the plugs and turn the item off. It would be a lot easier to push a button for that item and leave the rest of them in use. This 3 way lighter plug adapter is more compact than most others but has more features. The input plug has a digital volt meter which is a definite plus! Each outlet has a switch so there's no need to unplug anything when not in use. Just switch off/on 1 - 2 or all 3 as needed. The lighted outlets let you know if they are off or on. As an extra there are 2 USB - A outlets in addition to the 3 12volt outlets so you can connect 5 devices. ... show more
