I don’t have any serious complaints with this product at all. It performs exactly as advertised. We use it ROUTINELY for long car trips (since 2021) and it hasn’t failed us yet. We typically plug in a GPS, Midland hand held radio chargers, and a Midland CB. I can’t recommend this product enough. For the price (which is minimal), it is incredibly difficult, and I mean DIFFICULT to beat the value considering the amount of use this has received and still no problems with it. The cord just long enough to keep device charging cords organized. We did use the double sided tape to attach it to the side of the console on the passenger side; however, in the heat it did keep detaching and actually, as we kind of expected, did leave some glue residue which we had to clean off but to be fair, so do all of the other products out there so that's honestly just whining. The attachment issue was easy to resolve, though - we just used some industrial Velcro and it solved the problem entirely. The design is nice with a low profile. Neither my wife or myself found our knees bumping it like other products we've used and wound up in the device "boneyard". Agree with the other ratings, generally. Buy it, you won’t regret it! Update October, 2023.. still going strong with no issues. Update July 2025.. yup.. still working perfectly. Considering the small price, in terms of durability (unless their quality control has changed since I purchased it), this has got to be about the best value.. and, thus far it has been “me resistant”, which trust me is really saying something. Update June 2026: seeing a pattern here? You guessed it - still working great!!

I bought this product in February 2022. I am writing this review April 2023. This adapter was great for a while. The cord is really long, it has ample room for charging multiple devices, and ability for usb or 12v plug. I like the ability to turn on and off power to the individual usb ports; however, it is sometimes hard to tell if the light is on or off since it’s the same blue that lights up on other parts of the adapter. I was also able to use the usb port for a Bluetooth adapter, with the cord being long enough to position it next to the needed aux port. The reason I am giving it a 4/5 star rating is due to connectivity issues. It lasted for a while before having issues, longer than some, but it started no longer fitting tight enough into the port, causing it to turn off and on. Recently, it has become pretty much completely unusable. If I hit even a small bump on the road, it stops working and I have to take it out it and plug it back in. It then works until I hit another bump. So, I got a pretty long run out of it. I just think for the price point, I could have found one that lasted longer before starting to have those issues, and longer overall life. (This part is not reflected in my rating as it is of fault of the product, but rather just not fit for my needs. Mentioning in my review for others to consider when purchasing.) As great as the long cord is, I also find it to be a bit in the way at times. I primarily use this up front, plugged into a power supply up front. I wanted a longer cord to make sure I could easily plug my phone in on a mount and easily used from the passenger seat too. This cord is just *too* long for that though. It’s hard to not have the extra cord be in the way. I find myself having to wrap it up, stuff it in a compartment, reach around it, detangle my charging cords from it, and ensure it didn’t hang by my feet or emergency brake, potentially causing a safety issue. Basically, for my need, the length is more trouble than it is beneficial. So, again, this is not impacting my rating, but something to keep in mind.

I bought this YEARS ago. At least 3 years ago maybe 4. Still working great! Used for my kids dvd players, phone charger, and headphones charger. Works wonderfully and charges pretty fast. You can turn the power off to plugs not in use or not needed. USB ports hold the cord well. It’s about the size of my palm so not too big. Definitely recommend in the car!

I originally purchased this item in 2021, when I needed a splitter for the 12v charge port in my Infiniti G25x, as the one inside the center console armrest area was damaged prior to my purchase of the vehicle and I did not have the time, money or energy to investigate in and repair said port, and there was only one othercharger port in the front of the vehicle; however, I needed multiple. Easiest option and a solid solution was to buy a device such as this, and for the first 3 months it worked great. The buttons turned on and off the outlets I wanted, I kept them off when not using a specific port, so that I may save power and focus the energy on the slot that was in use; the battery voltage indicator was a nice touch and worked fairly accurately, but then it happened... One day I went to turn on my car, plugged my phone in to charge and the device would not turn on. I thought I blew a fuse in the car, but did not. I then took apart the plastic covering for the plug and I found that the soldering had broken between contacts and a loose wire was the issue. No problem, quick reheat and fixed with fresh solder, and back together it went. Plugged it in, and we were like He-Man, as we had the POWERRR!!!! (or so I thought!) For a long period of time, I did not use the device, but it remained in the vehicle. My wife recently went to drive the vehicle, had a dead battery on her phone and went to plug it in. The device turned on, flashed the blue lights and quit working again. When she told me this, I believed it was the fuse, so I opened the plastic covering only to see the fuse was melted to the plastic near the metal end that touches the spring. This is not cool, literally! The fuse was damaged due to excessive heat and melted plastic residue covering it. At this point I didn't even bother to remove the fuse, I just cut off the plug end in hopes I could make a repair in the future. I digress, for what it's worth, when it did work, it was great, looked cool, added some style to my vehicle and made me feel wicked awesome when the blue glow at night from the fancy lights inside shined. I downgraded my review from my original 5 stars because it is just ridiculous to have to spend money on a product for it to stop working in such a short time, repair it myself (because the return window closed at this point) and now just under 2 years later, the device stopped working again. At least the soldered ends stayed together this time... but, it is just an inferior product in my view. I am in the process of trying to repair the plug end with an aftermarket piece from the local auto parts store in hopes I can still get some use out of the main portion as touching the wires to a battery reveals it does still turn on, but with my luck, it may not work right with a new plug and I may just have to buy a new (and better) model splitter for my vehicle. Purchase at your own risk, many of these reviews are not lies, and it works great out of the box, but the ones that say that the product has issues are also not lies because I've seen it first hand that the product failed me when it was needed most.
