First, this chandelier is pretty eye catching! Very unique and very bright. We opted to alternate the lights between horizontal and vertical. Most importantly, though, the seller was easy to contact and quick to respond when I had a broken wire on one of the arms. They sent a new one out right away. The chandelier isn’t the easiest thing to put together, but is manageable. Make sure you screw in the arms at exactly a right angle to the base. ... show more

This was a nightmare to put up. To start with they need to work on providing step by step instructions. Once I was able to install it the majority of the light sockets didn't work. After two days I was finally able to put this thing together, the wife didn't want me to send it back so I had to rewire the wiring and finally got it working like it's supposed to needless to say it looks pretty good. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This light fixture is the star of the room! It is a huge value for a piece that looks and feels very expensive. The installation was pretty straightforward. I did notice that some of the little glass shades screwed in better than the others, but the learning curve was minimal. The bulbs are included (plus a spare) which is great. You do have to do a bit of fine tuning once the light is up- each arm has just enough give to twist them to straighten, so we are adjusting a little at a time. If an arm looks wonky to you in one of the pictures, just know that it isn’t an actual issue with the fixture, just the operator! ... show more
