If there are two or more of you it could be assembled in an hour or so. There were no missing parts and the directions were easy to understand. We first had a problem with one of the screws getting jammed into a panel of the storage bin, as well as a missing screw for the hinges of the top of the bin. We communicated with customer services and they were able to send out a replacement panel along with extra screws to complete the storage bin. I am surprised that the cushions were so comfortable. It looks great on the deck. I found a tear in the seam of one of the cushions, but after I reported the issue I received a replacement just a few days later. I’m very happy with the customer service and the furniture.

If I can bypass the stars, I would. This furniture is NOT as advertised! Before I purchased I researched a lot of furniture and this one stand out because of the hight. It’s listed as 29” where in actuality the hight is 24”. We opened the box and started assembling the big couch. Thing don’t line up. See picture. In addition, the weave is scratched in many places. It feels like this furniture was assembled and returned. I’m really disappointed. I don’t have a truck to take it to ship. And my hands are hurting to disassemble. Idk what to do. I have assembled a lot of furniture and enjoy it, so when I read that this was difficult and time consuming, I was prepared. I spent 20 mins reviewing instructions, sorting parts, gathering my own tools and setting up a work area, I assembled on a table in a well lit room. I spent 40min putting the two ottoman together and 1 hour putting the loveseat together. There were only a couple of areas that were had to reach, but thankfully, I have small hands. For everyone who warned not to tighten all screws until the end, THANK YOU! It is pretty low to the ground, but I am only 5'. My husband is 6'1" and refused to try it. I am now looking for 2" risers to replace the adjustable screws on the legs. I have a small balcony and this set fit perfect. ... show more
