Very nice, especially for price, not made for big people, we are 5’5 and 5’10 comfortable for us! Took husband about 4 hours and he good at putting stuff together! Directions good! Love this couch, wish I could buy extra cushion for other stool though! This was in very good shape the covers fit nicely, they are thin, but they work and as far as the extra cushion, I just ordered one on Amazon for my different seller and I’ll just put my own stuffing in it. I think this couch will last and be a great addition to our deck for our weekend camp! Also, it has a few wrinkles, but it was packaged in a tight box if they don’t come out, I will use a steamer, but they are not too bad.

Assembly was easy but time consuming (just because it’s a lot of pieces). Looks even better than expected. Cushion covers are like a rain jacket material - so durable and easy to clean - but we’ll be getting some throw blankets and pillows to make it a little more comfy. Cushions are thick and sturdy but squishy and comfortable. We did our research and feel good about this purchase.

Very pretty, delivery was pretty quick. I love the color and the firmness of the seat cushions. We’ve had some serious rains and the pillows got saturated. We will try some water repellent spray. Constructing took the whole afternoon for experience person. Overall comfortable and pretty.

I purchased the outdoor rattan sofa set with ottoman, and it was a complete disappointment from start to finish. First of all, the assembly was a nightmare — the instructions were vague, and parts didn’t align properly, making it incredibly frustrating to put together. The rattan material feels cheap and flimsy, as if it will fall apart after one season. The cushions are uncomfortable and thin, offering no support at all. Within a few days of sitting on it, the cushions started losing their shape and became flat. The ottoman was no better — it's small, wobbly, and lacks the sturdiness you'd expect for an outdoor piece of furniture. After a week of use, the entire set started showing signs of wear, with fading colors and peeling rattan. I’ve had outdoor furniture before, and this set is by far the worst in terms of quality. It's clear this was made with cheap materials that won't hold up to the elements. I wouldn't recommend this set to anyone. Save your money and invest in something that will actually last and provide comfort. To make matters worse, the customer service was absolutely dreadful. I reached out for help after noticing the set’s issues within just a few days of use, hoping for a quick resolution or a replacement. I was met with long response times, unhelpful agents, and a general lack of urgency. It took multiple follow-ups before I even received a response, and when I did, they were completely uninterested in addressing my concerns. When I finally requested a replacement, I was told that it would take several weeks for processing, and even then, they couldn’t guarantee I’d get a replacement in a reasonable timeframe. The lack of transparency and communication was infuriating, and I felt completely ignored. In the end, after multiple attempts to resolve the situation, I gave up on the replacement process entirely. This company’s customer service is a nightmare — they clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction or standing behind their products. Do yourself a favor and avoid this brand altogether. The hassle isn't worth it.

I don't normally write reviews, but had searched for a while to find an affordable patio couch and this one seemed to have all great reviews. Here is an honest review a week into having the product. For the pro's it looks nice once assembled and the colors where true to what was advertised. The seller was quick to respond to a message asking about shipments. Also came with a handy allen key wrench tool (althought not mentioned in the directions) Con's it came in 2 shipments 1 week apart. First you get the couch and the second shipment 1 week later is the coffee table and ottoman (and you have to reach out to the seller to get the tracking numbers). The directions were hard to follow as there were only pictures no words. Not all the bags of hardware had labels to correspond to said pictures in the directions, and there were random parts left over making you think you didn't use them correctly (even though you did). Once setup, the couch is lightweight to move, and the cushions are as advertised 4inch cushions. Not great is when you sit on the cushions they deflate. They are not the needed firmness to be comfortable, and it also makes the couch lower so harder to get up from. Also we used the waterproof cover on it during a few days of rain, and when we took it off, the cover did not work, and couch was still wet. Now its several days later with no rain, and the foam inserts are still wet. It's like you are sitting on Sponges that haven't fully dried yet. Also we had to buy velcro strips to keep the cushions on (some couches advertised came with velcro), and the coffee table is made out of the same rattan as the couch and has no glass top so would not be tricky to put a drink on. It's also similar size as the ottoman and too low to the ground for a coffee table. I know people say you get what you pay for, but for almost $400 I was hoping the cushions would be firmer and actually waterproof as advertised, and same for the cover. Will have to buy another cover which is actually waterproof for the winter months and will have to purchase new cushions next year in attempts to make it more comfortable and usable.
