This is wonderful. It looks great and is so very comfortable. I will tell you that it was a bear to assemble. I did it solo and dont recommend that although it is doable. On the con side the cover is not waterproof but it will keep light dirt and dust off the furniture. I recommend buying a separate cover that is waterproof.

Solid product, perfect fit in my small deck. Love that it came with covers and a storage ottoman. Price was very reasonable. Put together time about an hour. Use a drill with an Allen wrench bit, build goes much faster. Recommended.

We're very happy with this patio set. It came in two shipments, which arrived a couple of days apart. I contacted the seller because I was concerned that I didn't receive the entire shipment together. They responded immediately with all the pertinent shipping/tracking info. They were very nice and assured me that the 2nd shipment was on the way and should arrive within a day or two, which it did. It took a while to put it together (one person, just under an hour), but the directions were clear, all of the parts were included, plus extra screws and other small hardware pieces. Once it was fully assembled, it looks exactly like the picture, is very comfortable, the cushions are not too soft where you sink in, but have a nice sturdiness to them. The fabric, being waterproof, has a bit of a plastic or nylon kind of feel rather than the linen kind of feel that I think is more typical, but that is just a minor unexpected feature, yet still worth mentioning so you are aware. Personally, it's not enough for me to knock off any stars, it is, after all, waterproof. I also greatly appreciate that a cover is included for each piece, the couch, ottoman and table. I can't speak yet of how well this set will hold up through time, but for all the pieces you get for this price, for the initial apparent quality of the set and with my experience with the one correspondence I had with this company, I'm very pleased with this purchase. I highly recommend this outdoor wicker patio set, and I believe that 5 stars is a fair and honest rating that I'm happy to give.

Looks nice and is comfortable. Great value overall. It did take me 4-5 hours to put together using the equipment provided, I would say I am a 6/10 for handy so take that as it is:) Instructions were clear and everything was labeled.

Great size for my space thankfully it was only 79 inches because I was only working with 80.5. It was easy but very time consuming to put together but worth it. Its so comfortable. Very durable too and lightweight. A small rachet wrench or something like that, that can get in tight spaces will help with putting it together. So far I love it!

This was a great purchase. The quality is solid, and the cushion covers feel durable and easy to clean. If I had to be picky, the seat could use a bit more padding, but overall it’s pretty comfortable. One thing to note: if you’re a taller person (around 6 ft or more), it may sit a little low. I’m 5'10", and I still wish it were a couple of inches taller. My 4-star rating mainly comes from how difficult it was to put together. At one point I seriously considered dragging it into the backyard and setting it on fire. The instructions could be written a lot more clearly. And trust me—don’t do the “typical guy” thing and skip the manual, or you’ll end up taking pieces apart and redoing them. All that said, once it’s assembled, it’s very sturdy and surprisingly comfortable. It’s exactly what I needed for my back porch.

I purchased the outdoor rattan sofa set with ottoman, and it was a complete disappointment from start to finish. First of all, the assembly was a nightmare — the instructions were vague, and parts didn’t align properly, making it incredibly frustrating to put together. The rattan material feels cheap and flimsy, as if it will fall apart after one season. The cushions are uncomfortable and thin, offering no support at all. Within a few days of sitting on it, the cushions started losing their shape and became flat. The ottoman was no better — it's small, wobbly, and lacks the sturdiness you'd expect for an outdoor piece of furniture. After a week of use, the entire set started showing signs of wear, with fading colors and peeling rattan. I’ve had outdoor furniture before, and this set is by far the worst in terms of quality. It's clear this was made with cheap materials that won't hold up to the elements. I wouldn't recommend this set to anyone. Save your money and invest in something that will actually last and provide comfort. To make matters worse, the customer service was absolutely dreadful. I reached out for help after noticing the set’s issues within just a few days of use, hoping for a quick resolution or a replacement. I was met with long response times, unhelpful agents, and a general lack of urgency. It took multiple follow-ups before I even received a response, and when I did, they were completely uninterested in addressing my concerns. When I finally requested a replacement, I was told that it would take several weeks for processing, and even then, they couldn’t guarantee I’d get a replacement in a reasonable timeframe. The lack of transparency and communication was infuriating, and I felt completely ignored. In the end, after multiple attempts to resolve the situation, I gave up on the replacement process entirely. This company’s customer service is a nightmare — they clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction or standing behind their products. Do yourself a favor and avoid this brand altogether. The hassle isn't worth it.
