I love this outdoor furniture set. It is very sturdy and well made. I also loved that they had a few color options to choose from. I have a 12×20 gazebo and the set fits under it with room for a dining set as well. The fabric is thick and good quality. The cushions seem to be a good foam material( time will tell) the back pillows are just cotton filled inserts ( I do plan on replacing those inserts with memory foam later) the firepit coffee table I got is metal with a dark bronze wicker look ( they showed one in the pics that match the furniture, I didnt get that one) and at first I wasn't thrilled I got the one I did. But I decided to keep it because it wasn't to matchy matchy with the furniture and it came with the glass wind guard that fits perfectly!..It has a grey marbled tile top that does match the color of the furniture. I was pleasantly surprised at how big the flame gets turned to level high, very happy about that. The instructions are easy to read with pictures. Making assembly easy but it is time consuming. The boxes have mixed parts meaning some chair parts are in ons box and some are in another box and it really doesn't tell you which boxes has the hardware so you need all 6 boxes to fully put everything together. To keep the shipping affordable, they flat pack everything. Since they sell multiple modular sets, you do get boxes of common parts to pull from rather than everything being entirely in its own box. Each box has a very clear packing slip inside that you can check off. The instructions are clear and easy to understand, though sometimes very difficult to execute. I suggest having a gathering of able bodied people in the morning for an assembly party, then treat them to a mid afternoon lunch on your new furniture! Take the cushions out of the packaging a few days beforehand so they are nice and plump, and make sure they are the proper orientation before you fold them to put them into the covers. This set much more comfortable and durable than sets I've had in the past. The cushions and rattan are nice and thick! Customer service helped me promptly with a missing part, and were even patient and polite with my stupid question. I would totally order from this company again despite the difficult assembly. Edit to Add: The covers didn't even last a full year. The material turned brittle with the weather and tore. Finding good quality covers takes some time since the furniture is amply sized compared to flimsier sets. Wish the company sold proper cover sets for the furniture. ... show more

This is a great patio set for a good price!! Assembly takes time but is easy to do. Just relax, put some music on and take your time 🤩 The back cushions need to come with firmer cushions as the ones provided are not as comfortable as they could be. The fabric is good quality.

Wow, what a great experience when it came to their customer service. First, I was missing a cover and I reached out to see if they could send a cover. They did just that. I was missing a few nuts and bolts, which was a bummer so I had to go buy some from the nearest hardware store. I reached out again and they were kind enough to credit me some money back. I also noticed I was missing of the few of the levelers for the legs and they did not hesitate to send me those as well. I am so please with the product! Beautiful addition to my back yard. It took a bit to get everything built but it looks amazing! I am so pleased with my overall experience and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 5 stars all around. ... show more

The set came in multiple boxes over several days. My husband and I put it together over 3-4 days working a few hours at a time. The pieces were all there and nothing was broken. It wasn't hard to make and we found it an enjoyable experience. When done, we were so pleased with every piece. I like how it can be rearranged into so many different plans. I also bought a rug from Amazon that finished off the scene. I enjoy being outside on this patio set every day. I have taken many naps on the couch and the cushions are comfortable and don't slide off. Very pleased with the quality and looks of this set. ... show more

Very sturdy and good quality materials. The light gray is slightly darker than expected but that is subjective. I was missing some hardware and the seller promptly sent it to me. I would definitely consider buying from them again.

Looks OK and mostly comfortable, but assembly is a nightmare. Hardware items are cheap and difficult to use. Nuts are especially difficult to fit onto bolts. Cannot tighten anything until all hardware is installed. Then final tightening takes a very long time. Some bolts ate deep inside narrow and constricted furniture areas. These must be installed and tightened blind! Wrench is about as cheap and useless as possible Tightener is s miniature ratchet tool that is difficult to use. A few bolts were defective and would not accept tightener. Looks like picture but what an effort to assemble, and I am a very handy person. ... show more

It feels well made. Assembly can be difficult and time consuming. I received none of the hardware for the 3 piece sofa so I haven't been able to assemble it since I now have to go buy pieces
