This battery booster actually works. I have another, smaller unit from another manufacturer that barely has enough power to jump a lawn mower for more than 3 seconds. This one, on the other hand, can actually jump a car. I don't know that it could jump a diesel like they claim though. The clamps are strong enough to securely attach to the battery terminals, although the leads are very short. I knocked off one star simply because the leads are so extremely short. Even 6" longer would make a huge difference. It is extremely simple to use. Just plug the jumper adapter in to the unit then attach the leads to your battery. No buttons to push or anything of the sort. It does everything automatically. The user guide is printed on the back of the jumper adapter so you'll always have it handy should you need to figure out what the LED status means. The storage case they provide is outstanding. Very high quality and, if anything, overkill.

This jump pack has saved me more times than I'd like to admit. It seems when I go to get in a different vehicle on the farm I'm taking a gamble on if the battery is good or not. When you keep this bad boy in the toolbox you don't have to worry. It has been used to start everything from mowers, to tractors, and even 6.7L Turbo Diesel truck.

Two weeks after we received this, my husband had a dead battery. We pulled this out for its trial before pulling out the other vehicle and it jumped it easily and completely. It did drain this pack down to almost zero - which would be expected I believe. We charged this back up and it seems to hold a charge well, until you use it.

We have a Jeep that constantly goes dead. I think it's because of the radio, which we need to replace, but we haven't done it yet. We keep a set of jumper cables in it, but it's a pain having to ask for a jump everywhere we go. So, this solves that problem. It's easy to use, and it doesn't take up much space.

I have completed my initial testing of this unit and it passed with flying colors. It was at 65% charge out of the box and charged up to 100% very quickly using the included USB-C cable. The cables, status display, and flashlight all work fine. Only time will tell how durable the device will be but I will update this review if I have issues.
