This timer is a very sturdy design even with it being constructed of plastic. It comes with a 5 year warranty as well. The set up is very easy and the information provided is very straight forward. I have hard water in my area, so I have a filter to help prolong the life of my timer and watering system however clearing out the filter of water buildup, is also covered as well in the information. I would like to be able to set up multiple timers, were you can only set one, however you can easily set it to manually water for a set time and still walk away without watching or worrying.

I was replacing older units that no longer worked, were difficult to see in the sunlight and hard to reprogram/adjust. This has a larger display and is easier to use. A very nice product and design

Works great so far. The last timer I tried had a faulty valve, so I’m waiting to see how this one holds up. I like that it comes with the teflon tape.

I can't begin to tell you all the times I left my hose running while I ran errands. All because I got distracted while watering my plants. Last time it ran for 5 hours. Water bill was high. Trying not to get distracted while watering is not easy. The phone rings. My parents call me to help them etc. Now I set the automatic timer and water if I get distracted the house turns itself off no big water bill! It takes 12 minutes to fill my rain barrel. So I set it to 12 mins on the self timer. Works like a charm everytime!

This timer worked great for 8 months. Easy to set up and worked like clockwork for 8 months. Now it is dead and I am looking for something else.
