We had accumulated points for a while and splurged on this sauna for a 70's atrium feature in our home. So instead of a weird atrium room, we have a sauna room. This sauna is exceeding our expectations. The design is great - it is not hard to assemble but it is cumbersome and heavy and arrives on a pallet. The sauna heats up nicely, has a fun mood light option and the radio actually sounds pretty good. I would recommend having this in a space that gets good ventilation and checking to make sure you have ample voltage - we had to get an electrician to pull in more amps and change out our outlet. But it was so worth it. So great for immune, skin, heart, and just to sweat out the day. ... show more

    • Seems good but no customer support
It didn’t come with a magazine rack and I called twice and left messages. I gave one stars because it made me upset that I sat on hold for a total of 4 hours and finally left a message... twice so that no one would call me back!

    • Very nice except for max. temperature is lower than expected
This came delivered by truck and was assembled very easily. This is a very nice sauna, especially for the money. It needs a 20A outlet (and plug!) which I had pre-installed. Audio system, oxidizer and light therapy (wtf?) are somewhat nice but not that much if a benefit I think. Inside and outside lighting is nice. The top cover (not the top itself) is a very thin plywood piece that was all messed up, bent and split. You can tell it has been sitting somewhere in a warehouse for several years. I replaced it with a piece of (aluminum foil isolated) half inch OSB which I cut to size (1 4x8 sheet needed), hoping to add additional insulation. The only real downside of this sauna is the performance. I live in FL and outside temps varied from 40-70F when I used it. 40 or 70 didn't seem to matter much. I have this sauna outside under a roof. It takes about 30 mins to get it heated up to 110-120F. By the item I get out after 30mins, it never execeeded 125F so far. I would have expected this to get all the way up to the promised 140F and then shut off. Not sure what the problem is. I wouldn't think you would have to heat it up for two hours. That would be a waste of energy. Talking about energy, this cost about 20c for an hour where I live. From the performance I'd give it two to three stars, but since it is very nice and affordable I think it deserves 4. ... show more

Wow! How good does it get, easy to put together, took longer to package up the cardboard and get rid of it than it did to assemble the unit! Sat in it right a way and I can tell we are going to be friends for a long time! Amazon is awesome too and the delivery Guys were the best!

I hate saunas. I always feel like I can't breathe. My husband bought this and I can't say enough about it. I can breathe! He loves it too. :) He uses it almost every day. Highly recommend.

Uncomfortable, back rest are unstable, bench is a pain in the ..., (hard).

    • Poor performance
USB input does not work. Radio replaced - same problem. No more responses from seller. Unit will not get to max temperature either. Not satisfied with product performance. Would not purchase this again.
