Bluetooth worked once. Light therapy is nice. Radio doesn't pick up stations in basement, aux cord is short. Bought a fm broadcaster with Bluetooth. Sauna heats up to 140 F in 15 minutes keeps heat well. Definitely would recommend.

The media could not be loaded. This sauna has been bad from the get go. I received an error code E9 in the instructions it says to replace control panel. They sent two more controls out each a week apart from the other. After that didn’t work we changed the roof that has the electrical components in it. That fixed it but it was for a different model I told them I have taken it apart so many times stuff is starting to not hold. The roof is not the same color and the stereo connection is different so I can’t use it. The offered me a free robe. Very poor quality and services I highly recommend people to stay away for this company ... show more

    • If you want a Radiant big enough for 2 persons then buy a Radiant 4 person sauna
Well so far so good. The delivery was a bit iffy, I was given a time slot between 10AM and 10:30AM, which I thought was a little tight and sure enough the sauna arrived at 17:00PM. I had arranged to have some help so that cost me a lot of beers. The shipment came in three sizeable boxes which we immediately dollied to the assembly area. My wife and I assembled it in one hour and it went together very well, be sure to follow the instructions and it's easy. There was the need to cut a chunk of half round trim to accommodate the CD player, this has been mentioned before so they still haven't corrected it. The sauna requires a dedicated 20AMP circuit and I had read somewhere that it was suggested that the circuit be isolated when not in use so I fitted an isolator. Anyway I'm glad we listened to the reviews and purchased a 4 person sauna, there is no way we would have comfortably fitted into a 2 person sauna., no way. Included are 4 back rests, 2 cup holders, a magazine rack and a double coat hook. There is a color light that's pretty OK and a CD player on which we play spa music, and also an oxygen ionizer which is supposed to keep the sauna free of bacteria and smells. The cedar construction looks very up-market and smells great. The door and handle are very classy. We have tried it a dozen times so far and we love it. It gets up to its maximum 140F in 30 minutes, we've noticed it is quicker with the vent cracked open. (it could also have been that the outside temperature was warmer so I will repeat the experiment) After 20 minutes at 140 we were streaming with sweat. We are lucky enough to have a pool so we have a cold plunge after a 20 minute spell. It is wonderful and well worth the cost. ... show more

We love our sauna. Highly recommended. We use it almost everyday. Well made. The 4 person one is tight for 4 but very comfortable for 2.
