It is pretty good overall. Vegetables Cook pretty good on it. I recommend turning it on and waiting 10 minutes before you start cooking. If you’re cooking meat that’s on the thicker side , it will release a lot of juice which will take longer to cook it. Would probably work better with thinner meat.

This is an easy to use raclette grill. I liked the fact that its open from all sides and the individual pans can be placed from all four sides. This is our second Techwood grill. We ordered a third one but it arrived damaged. We returned that and ordered another one, but unfortunately this time too the box was damaged! these guys better learn to take care of their packaging. Take long time to get ready to start preparing the food, I tried it with chicken, beef, shrimps, mushroom and vegetables Easy to clean the top but some cheese melted under the heating element and it wasn’t easy to clean

Cons for me are wish it didn't have the crepe shape as it's something I won't be using it for & a little bigger. Haven't used it yet, hoping it does heat above 475⁰ since it's described to do so up to 536⁰. If so, it's a keeper & great for the buck!
