The media could not be loaded. Ok, so I going to start by saying that I wasn't really expecting much but this little electric faux fire place blew me away. From the way it was packaged, to the way it looks and operates. It came very well packaged and protected. The box was rather large but it came inside another slightly larger one. Everything was well protected with Styrofoam bumpers, plastic bags, etc etc. Nothing damaged on it. Not a single scratch. There's not much installation going on, just the legs. All is needed is a Philips head screw driver. The remote comes with a button cell battery as well. The flames color combination/speed is beautiful. Don't have to have heater on for the flames to work and viceversa. I just can't get over the realism.... I turned the heater on to make sure of it works..yes it does. I live in Florida but I am not counting on this to heat the house on those " cold 49F" mornings we experience here a few nights per winter, but it seems to heat up well enough. When the heat comes on, a little fan turns on as well but it's very quiet. I am glad I bought this little faux fireplace. ... show more

I have been wanting an indoor fireplace for a long time. Finally pulled the trigger and bought this one for my office. It is the perfect size. It has a different settings for the colors and flames. It has the heating element and it also has a remote. I bought the gray colored one. It is so awesome.

Great for my small place. I added a 2 foot section of stove pipe with a 90 degree elbo for effect. The flame effect stopped working in 2 days. But to be fair, I have read the same responses on other makes and models. I didn't give high marks on remote because there is none. But it is not needed.

I bought this electric fireplace to keep our sunroom warmer during our cold winters. There is no foundation underneath our sunroom so it can get a little cold in that room. This little fireplace was exactly what I expected. It is too warm today to give it a good test, but it was throwing out heat when I turned it on after setting it up. Attaching the legs was easy and screws are already screwed in slightly to show you where they go and so they don't get lost. It's lightweight so I'll be able to move it around as needed. The delivery was within 7 days of purchase and very well packaged. I would recommend this product as others looking the same only with a remote were considerably more money. I’m happy with this “fireplace” heater, it warms my small living room, looks nice etc. l do wish it had a remote but a little exercise is okay! The assembly was a lot, more than others that I have had, but it is certainly sturdy.
