Grill arrived 6 days early in great shape with great packing. I was under the understanding I got three porcelain grates and one cast iron griddle grate. That's not what you get you get two and one the cast iron grate is too small to do anything except maybe two Smash Burgers. I tried calling customer service to order one more cast iron grate and one more regular grate due to the fact that I can't find them anywhere on the internet. I keep getting a recording that says customer service is no longer taking calls although it's 3 hours before quitting time. With all the hassles you go through buying anything off the internet I still give this grill a five star for quality and workmanship also it was a breeze putting together I just glanced at the pictures didn't read anything and it took me 45 minutes to put together ... show more

I’m very disappointed with this BBQ. I purchased it on September 6, and it has mostly been stored indoors since then. With very minimal use, a key part of the lid-lifting mechanism broke, making the grill unsafe and unusable. The material quality is very poor for this type of product. Pretty grill! looks great. it’s a little light weight I like that the wheels lock do it doesn’t move around on a windy day. Cooks good so far it’s cold outside so I’ve only used it a couple of times. I like the utensil hanging hooks on the side also that’s a plus. Would recommend
